I’m a Walmart employee so I have spent many lunches eating there ,so a few months ago I mentioned to the girl at the counter that my sandwich I got that day was a bit on the hard side.
She tried to tell me that if I had it toasted it tends to make the bread hard,I explain to her that I have had many sandwiches toasted and never turned hard.
The next day another girl is in and I tell her the issue and she explains to me that it may have been there day old bread, I told her l thought all the bread is fresh baked, nope!
Did anyone at least offer me a new fresh sandwich?? NOPE!!

The woman working when we went in was very unprofessional and had an attitude the whole time we were ordering. Instead of helping her coworker, she kept distracting us from telling the man what we wanted and bringing us to the POS and trying to check us out instead of letting us order. She did this for the following customers and left her coworker to make all the sandwiches himself. Her attitude was like she couldn’t be bothered about actually doing her job and seemed annoyed we were even in the store. Conveniently didn’t have her name on her name tag so she can remain anonymous while giving customers attitude. Needs to be fired

Today I was going to order a couple of subs for supper. I did not get to do that because I was in line behind a lady that had her cart in the store ordering and getting her food. Well I had my grandchild in my cart so i figured i could take my cart in as well. I waited behind the other lady with her cart who did not have a child in it, just merchandise, she paid and left. I started to order and the guy said you have to park your cart in the front. Well I said no. I said you let that other lady have her cart in here. So bottom line is this, you dont get to change the rules per customer. You lost a sale and a customer at this location.

The store in Walmart has poor attitude acting poorly and giving no attention to detail and giving my son the bread he did not request. She and he that are working at 1140 on the 18 the of June were sad excuses for employees and enjoyed arguing and over charging me matter how many times order was explained to. It is such a disappointing experience when having a lovely outing and to meet such rude employees.

BAD EXPERIENCE! I ordered a wrap and asked for it to be made into a salad. The young girl did not double the meat and only sprinkled a small amount of lettuce (one handful) I repeatedly had to ask for more lettuce, cucumbers ect….Then the older woman interrupted and told me that they do not make their salads this way and it is supposed to be made like a 6 inch sandwich. I told her that I ordered a wrap with double meat and pointed to it on the menu and that I wanted it made that way. Even the people in line came to my defense. Then the girl forgot to add the avocado and I had to remind her. Then the older woman piped in with “only one scoop”. How rude! My daughter was humiliated by the scene and it ruined our lunch together.. Also, the lettuce was brown . Sunday noonish 3-1-2020
