Guy with tattoos behind the counter could have told me they were out of Lettuce and Spinach when I walked in. But waited for me to ask for it. Could tell he didn’t even want to make it in the 1st place. Dropped everything out of my sandwich when he put it in the oven to toast. The only reason why I even kept it was because I didn’t want to settle with a “burger” at that particular time (8:30pm). Completely regretted it once I opened it. Won’t be coming back here whenever I’m in town.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I do really like this location. It’s always clean, which is something I really appreciate.
The only thing that turns me off sometimes is the service from one of the employees. She honestly always seems like she’s having a rough day. The attitude is pretty noticeable every time I come in, and it can make the experience feel a little uncomfortable. What’s funny is that she makes my sandwich perfectly every single time, so I genuinely love the food when she makes it. It’s just hard to fully enjoy it when the attitude comes along with it.
I also work in food service, so I completely understand how stressful and draining it can be. I’m not expecting fake smiles or anything extra, just a little friendliness or meeting customers halfway. I really hope whatever she’s going through gets better, because overall this is a great location.

If I could rate a zero. Was greeted and assisted with nothing but rudeness from Leticia. Management should really address her attitude and her customer service. I can only assume the other bad reviews were about her due to the way she deals with customers. She needs an attitude adjustment and I will pray that she gets one.

Employees and management is switched out here often. But I’ve always had a good experience. Condiments were fresh, bread literally being taken fresh out the oven, cookies are not too soft and not too hard, and ice machine always has ice. The seating area’s and bathrooms are always cleaned.

My wife and I decided to stop by for a quick meal today as we have before however this time the staff was unfriendly and had a bit of an attitude with my wife as she ordered out sandwiches. The amount of meat on each sandwich was almost half what it normally is. Overall very disappointed.

I walked in to basically crickets, no greeting, the employee didn’t ask what I wanted until I engaged him, the lettuce looks old. I also didn’t know that Subway was the kind of establishment that let’s employees fly confederate flags from their vehicles in the parking lot. It’s a very unprofessional look, I won’t be returning to this business so long as this is allowed.

Food was good and staff was very friendly. I will say the loss of one star is due to the very very hard cookie I received. Other than that I would come here again over other subways in the area.
