I ordered on the app. I paid extra for extra toppings, that was not on the sandwich. There were extra vegetables, I didn’t want on one sandwich. The fourth sub was not free. There were kids that didn’t work there behind the counter. Really bad experience, right? Maybe it was cheap? Even things out. Nope, it cost $80. Thanks for a crappy dinner, won’t be back.

Idk what the brown stuff was on the paper, I got nothing brown. A 6” meal was over $12 so I ate it. Made me sick after! I was sick the rest of the day. And some of the lettuce had red tint to it. They assured me that’s as fresh as they get it. Gross. After reading other reviews it seems like I’m not the first to get sick from their food. DONT EAT HERE!

We came to St James for a visit and after a long day decided to grab our favorite Subway Club and eat in our room at the motel. It smelled and tasted oddly musty and spoiled. It was very disappointing and a waste of money! We love that sandwich because of the consistent quality and taste no matter where we go but ended up throwing it away. I would give it zero stars if I could!

I stop at subway all the time to get just a 6″ scoop of tune as I can not have carbs. Always pay $3.00 or so. I was charged $10.00 today. I can pretty much go anywhere and get my scoops of tuna as an “add on” apparently not here any more. It also was about 90* and the clerk was rude.

Stopped in for lunch while I did laundry next door at the laundry mat. Poor girl was finishing up a 60 sandwich order. She was very polite and and asked me to give her a minute to finish what she was doing. This girl was making some sandwiches now! She finished and promptly took my order. She made my sandwich nicely and made small talk. Very sweet. I joked with her about her 60 sandwich order and that she should get the rest of the day off. So to her boss, she deserves a half day off for rocking it out!!!

The person behind the counter was nice, think the name was Milo. Awesome person, very nice, even apologized for something that she had no control of.
The manager decided I wanted too many veggies on my prepaid internet order and decide to ignore everything I asked for and make them straight by the book.
Erica, if I wanted my order by the book, I would have ordered it that way instead of customized.
The managers here think they know your food better than you do yourself and then have the counter people take the heat.
Guess what Erica, I will just take my order and get ahold of corporate, leave reviews, and then tell everyone I can not to order from your restaurant.
You know better than I do, so you should go tell everyone I do why your opinions about MY food are anyone’s issues.
Extra meat or cheese I get, but you’re subway, you bill yourself as healthy, and it wasn’t every veggie on the menu, it was peppers and onions, not even the black olives subway cares so much about.
