This Subway is great! Laisha and the team are always super friendly, no matter how busy they are they always pause to say hello to me and my kids. They even remember my children’s names! We’ve gone once a week for the past year both in person and using the online order and not once have they ever made a mistake on the order. This business is super well run by Laisha and her team!

This subway is probably the worst I’ve ever been to, the staff is absolutely rude and disrespectful. I’ve had staff run to shut the door on my face because they saw me pull up 40 mins before closing when I had placed a mobile order. They are constantly closing before what their website says and it’s so frustrating. Closing the door on my face was just absolutely disrespectful.

This place is the best Subway I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot of Subways! The people behind the counter were kind, courteous, and helpful. I was greeted with a smile and they wished me a good day on my way out. My toasted food was piping hot and fresh, they put the perfect amount of toppings on my sandwiches, and were patient with all the other customers in the store, even though it was getting busy. I can’t recommend this subway enough!

I usually am happy with Subway. But I wasn’t impressed with the fellow that made my sub tonight. His t-shirt was coated with hair. Looked to be cat hair or worse. And his shirt got close to my food every time he reached over to get the next topping. Please Subway, this is a restaurant, not a cat shelter.

I placed a pick up order to go, and when I got home, my sandwich was just bread. if i’m paying $13 for a sub, i expect it to be filled. one half of my sub had 12 pieces of lettuce and the other had none. terrible subway, definitely recommend warrensburg instead
