Unfriendly, unmotivated and the management does not recognize any Subway specials! There were no salt packets and when I asked for one a young employee on her cell phone couldn’t find them. A different employee came in and informed me that what was out there was all they had….”the truck had not arrived”. One customer left when he learned that this Subway did not participate in a special promotion. So I asked an employee, “Does this restaurant partipate in any promotions and the answer was “We do not.”. We will not be back to this Subway.

I asked for a little bit of yellow mustard. He put so much mustard on there, it was running out and off of the sandwich. Far beyond a “normal” amount of yellow mustard. He knew he did it, didn’t apologize or try to make it right. None of the employees look like they like being there. Very stoic when you enter and order. No smiles. The outdoor seating is nice on a nice day. Love this option. The chairs need replaced. They are loungers. No one lounges while eating at a table. Other than my mustard soaked sandwich, the food was good.

Not the biggest fan. We have came here semi regularly. The young manager lady is not the friendliest. She always rushes us through and today she assumed that we were getting the same order we normally do but didn’t verify it with us before making the subs. We always ask for extra veggies and she puts little of everything. I asked for more onions and she said they are under the veggies. I asked nicely again for “more” and then she added very little more. Also the women’s bathroom floor was so sticky and there was a black ring around the inside of the toilet from not cleaning in awhile.

The gentleman that works weekend evenings needs a raise, seriously. He is amazing, I keep forgetting to ask him his name, but Subway couldn’t ask for a better employee, always energetic, in a good mood, polite and anything else positive you can think of he’s an all around great person. Keep him happy, Subway, he earns his wages.

I’m completely done with Subways. The food isn’t that good and the bread is a disgusting dehydrated blob but really the customer service sucks too. They make it super hard to use the deals on their app. I’ve seen this all over the country but now here in Jeff City I came in with printed coupons that were mailed to me and they said “they only take them on Fridays and Saturdays but they don’t print it on the coupon.” I was like the coupon expires Thursday and they just shrugged their shoulders.

Honestly don’t waste your time if you don’t have 30+ minutes to stand in a line that only has 4-5 people in it. Every time I come in during my lunch hour, there are the same 2 girls working and they’re more interested in chatting and laughing at each other than they are helping the customers.
The food is always good (except for I always have to skip the lettuce since it’s always brown), but 30 minutes to carryout one sandwich is a bit much.

Ordered two footling subs online and my husband picked it up on the way home. We did not get what we ordered as they left off the cheese on rib and steak subs, and the rib meat was completely cold, like they just took it out of the refrigerator and didn’t even try to warm it, cold. Too disgusting to eat. Tried to call for an hour and never got an answer. I did leave a message but had no way to even resolve the issue with sandwiches we paid for. Very disappointed. Restaurants make hundreds of sandwiches a day and get where they don’t care, but fail to remember that this is someone’s meal, and they may not be able to just go get something else.

I work just up the road so this Subway was a great place to come to. However the last two times I have been here the service has left much to be desired!! Last Wednesday night the two kids working were more worried with visiting with there friends than actually waiting on the customer. This visit the kid behind the counter making my salad made a huge mess while making , putting chopped veggies in everyone of the other veggie containers and just looking at his coworkers chuckling about it. I know there young and kids, but seriously I’m afraid you’re going to run some customers away based on the staff you currently have at this location. Maybe an older person as a manager on duty to straighten them up a little or maybe a little house cleaning with a few of them.

We got the $6.00 off 3 foot long subs. She only took $2.00 off. Why have that sign up on the menu. if you are not gonna give the customers that discount.
