This place shouldn’t even be open they go through employees like nothing. They are constantly messing sandwich’s up I spent 17$ on a damn sandwich for it to be over toasted and then to forget my bacon. And I’m guessing it’s the fact there’s employees in and out of there weekly. And they forgot my chips. I will never be eating here again.

We go to subway 3 plus days through out the week and we spend 50 to 70 dollars each time!!
The last two online orders we gotten there the orders were ALL fixed WRONG!!
Tonight we were in There around 6/630
Ordered a chipotle steak deluxe add bacon few green peppers and heavy on the onions before heating/toasting.
We go pick up the order and the sandwich had ZERO chipotle sauce Zero Bacon and NOT A DELUXE very FEW onions.
when I took this back in because we paid Extra but didn’t receive it.
I was told oh I didn’t fix this so what do you need I said Chipotle sauce Alittle more onions and the other steak to make a deluxe and onions and bacon
She said oh I’ll get Bacon on there she didn’t refix the sandwich instead only added 2 slices of bacon and and few onions and NO CHIPOTLE SAUCE AND NO EXTRA STEAK THAT WE PAID FOR!!
then I called to ask for a manager phone number or person to contact to talk to the girl hangs up the phone on me!
Hopefully this gets to the general manager/owner

They made my order wrong. I called was told to bring the recipt and they would remake it. Was never told to bring the food back with me. I didn’t do a pickup order for my husband to pick up on his way home for me to have to go there myself. Between them and dominos screwing up so much eating anywhere around here is pointless. It’s not hard to read and make things correctly.

This whole place is terrible. The service is terrible. We waited in line for 30 minutes because there was one person making sandwich’s and it took forever. Then when we got up there to order and they were out of meat and we would’ve had to wait 30 minutes for the meatballs. It’s a fast food restaurant. The whole place sucked. This is the third time in a row I’ve been there where they were out of every meat and there’s only been one person working. I wouldn’t go there if I were you.

Yuliea, Kristie and Rose are the best sandwich makers this side of the Mississippi. Their customer service is impeccable and I truly felt like Subway was my second home in the 10 minutes I was there.

The roach infestation is horrible at this location. The cookie and bread cases are covered in roach droppings and do not get cleaned properly or regularly.

Went to order a foot long chicken, bacon, ranch online which was a total of $11 before I added a coupon. Wasn’t able to pay cash at the store to order. Went up to the store and got a 6in instead. Was told my total was $10. I asked why there was a difference. The child who checked me out had a smart attitude and replied “I don’t know I’m not corporate”. I asked for my receipt and wasn’t even rang up for the correct sandwich. When I asked about this he then told me that it was even more expensive for the actual sandwich I ordered. Was going to ask but his last two responses were smart so I went to walk out. As I did he says “oh my god”. Haven’t been here in years and now I know why everyone says this store is horrible.
