The two old ladies that work here are absolutely awful. I went back to get extra jalapenos and I’m treated like trash. They are totally out of control and emotionally unstable. Calling the police because I asked for good sandwich. Definitely contacting corporate. The sandwich in question had extra jalapenos, spinach, and onions. Here’s a picture of what I was seved. What a good sandwich. Really glad we spend 40 here. Absolutely beyond rude.

DO NOT GO HERE. The management is, like another reviewer said, emotionally unstable. They tried to overcharge me, then when I caught it, the assistant manager (who was wouldn’t give me her name) was extremely rude. This was just the beginning.

I pointed out to her that the sandwiches in front of her were not mine, and while I was turned away talking to my daughter about drink options, she proceeded to bag the wrong sandwich anyway. I drove 30 minutes there and 30 minutes home of course before realizing the food was wrong. I called on the phone and was calm but angry. I had to work soon and toss time was precious to me because it was the only time in the day i had to spend with my daughter.

The assistant manager actually laughed when i told her my issue. No apology whatsoever. Told me to come back and they’ll remake it. That’s fine, i said, except that is not adequate compensation for the now 2 hours of my time and gas it will be taking me to get the right sandwich. I insisted they comp the meal. She said she couldn’t bc the GM wasn’t there, but, she said if I kept the old sandwich and the receipt then I could come back on Monday for a refund. I coalesced, even though that meant another hour drive on a day I was set to leave town. Yet another terrible inconvenience.

I went back to the store for my remake, expecting to leave there with the correct food, the old food, and my receipt, as promised on the phone so I could get my money back.

Once there, the assistant manager approached me unapologetically, and with a smug smile. She refused to give me both the remake and the sandwich. And when I got angry with her and told her she needed to compensate me for my time and gas, she yelled at me to “Calm Down”. I told her to make it right. Remaking the sandwich does not make us even after all the inconveniences.

Then with no warning she actually told me to get out and called the police on me! Fast forward to Monday, I called the GM. As expected, she was terrible also. She acted like i was a criminal for going off on the assistant manager, who wholeheartedly deserved it due to her terrible behavior and complete lack of emotional deescalation strategies.

When a customer is angry at a mistake YOU made, you take responsibility, apologize and do everything in your power to make it right.

Bottom line: don’t waste your money here, because they will totally mess up all your food, refuse you a refund, and then call the police on you, and this is not the only review like this on here. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.

Will be contacting corporate.

The manager stole my money and didn’t give me my food. She then proceeded to try to make false statements and press false charges because I went in ONE time and talked to her on the phone twice to inquire about the order I never received. She then also proceeded to try press false charges on my mother whom never talked to her or any other employee at this franchise. Highly recommend no one goes to this Subway unless you want your money stolen. I’m also going to talk to the police myself and press charges for theft and filing a false police report on the manager. This subway is too much of a headache.

Food was very good. But I had to order on the app to get a deal (which is annoying) but I took my kids to the restroom and came out. I waited and waited. Atleast 15 min. Three women working just talking to each other. I asked about how long it would be? She interrupted and said “on the shelf” rudely. Didn’t even tell me it was done while I was waiting with two kids.

We frequent this location a lot. Last week when I ordered a foot long sandwich, I asked for extra olives and pickles. I was given 3 olives and 5 pickles. When I asked for more, the sandwich maker informed me that she had given me what I was “allowed.” When asked why Subway was limiting the toppings, the maker informed me it wasn’t Subways rule, it was the owner’s rule. The maker told me if I wanted more ingredients she would have to charge me more money. WHAT??????? There are a lot of Subway restaurants in the area. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS STORE! I didn’t know there was a 3 olive, 5 pickle rule!!! Ridiculous!

Got 2 foot-long meatball subs and two other foot-long… get home, they’re super heavy. I open up the meatballs subs to find literally one meatball on each 6 inch piece and it’s full of sauce took it back while my other food was also wrong the meatballs were for my children. I wanted those replaced and done properly, and I wanted my money back. Of course, they refused to give me my money.., They are quick to take your money and give you horrible food and horrible service offer to remake it, and remake it wrong before they’ll give you back your hard earned dollar

This has to be the worst Subway on earth. I guess I’m partially to blame because I kept going back until now. Here is a picture of my sub with “extra” meat I paid for and this has happened multiple times. Subway seems decent across the board, but this one is truly garbage. The short old lady is a nightmare to deal with too. What a train wreck.

Subway is supposed to be a go-to spot for a quick, customizable sandwich, but my recent experience was beyond disappointing. The service was absolutely terrible, and to make matters worse, they barely gave me any pickles—one of the only reasons I even eat Subway in the first place.

From the moment I walked in, it was clear the employees had no interest in being there. There was no greeting, no eye contact, just a miserable atmosphere. The worker behind the counter acted like making my sandwich was the biggest inconvenience of their life. They rushed through the order, barely listening to what I wanted, and when I specifically asked for extra pickles, I was met with a sigh and an eye roll. Instead of loading up my sandwich as requested, they placed exactly three thin slices on my footlong sub. Three. When I asked for more, they mumbled something about “running low” and refused to add any extra.

To top it off, the sandwich was sloppily thrown together, with uneven toppings and a mess of sauce that made the bread soggy. The drink machine was out of order, and the seating area was dirty, with crumbs and napkins left on multiple tables.

If Subway is cutting costs by rationing pickles and hiring employees who clearly don’t care, they’re going to lose customers fast. I left frustrated, still craving pickles, and knowing I won’t be returning anytime soon. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values customer service.

I recently visited Subway because my kids wanted sandwiches. I placed an order for three footlongs and one 6-inch. During the preparation, the employee sneezed and, without changing his gloves, wiped his gloved hand across his shirt and continued making the food.

This is completely unacceptable and extremely unsanitary behavior for anyone working with food. Out of concern for my family’s health, I immediately canceled my order and left.

Proper food safety practices must be enforced — sneezing and continuing food preparation without changing gloves poses a serious health risk. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it to others until better hygiene standards are clearly implemented.
