I placed a mobile online order for 2 footlongs. When I go home 20 minutes away, my sandwich did not have my provolone cheese, no red wine vinegar and I asked for extra and no extra mayo. When I called the store to speak to a manger, I was told there isn’t one and there isn’t ever one on weekends? Then the employee was rude and said “I’ll check the cameras to see if was made incorrectly then you can call Monday and MAYBE we can do something” please check the cameras. I have picture proof my sandwich isn’t correct, but that’s so disrespectful to say to a customer, like I’m lying. Then you’re the one who messes up my food that I PAID for and I get told “maybe we can do something” I have never once had a place say they need to check the cameras. Disgusting.

When made correctly, the food is good. It seems like they are always out of something and most of the time when I try to dine in half the tables haven’t been cleaned. The drive through and parking are rather tight if you have anything bigger than a small SUV.

It’s so disappointing with the workers who work here. Extremely rude and I’m amazed they have jobs. I went through the drive thru earlier late afternoon and I ordered my food on the screen. Then I pulled around I was the only car in the drive-thru and maybe two cars in the lot. I waited and waited but no one came to the window. She saw me – so did the girl in the back but she was too busy doing some measley thing to come bother and help me. 15 minutes later I pulled away angry and no food. Whomever worked at this place during the time of 4-5pm at this location should be fired.

I normally don’t have any problems with subway. But last night I did a mobile order. It said it be ready by 6pm. I get there not only was it not ready but they lost my ticket and instead of trying to figure out how to look up my order. They waited on 2 lady’s that came in after me. It was 30 minutes later before they finally looked up my ticket. And when they got to my sandwich half the stuff I wanted they ran out of. I understand there short staffed but for a moble order it took them an hour or so for one sandwich and I didn’t even get everything I wanted either. Neither of the guys even apologize for taking so long.

I’ve been to 2 different subways in this town, and this subway does not everything on the menu the other one does. It seems like this one has half the stuff. I even asked at the window if they had a sauce my husband wanted thinking maybe it’s just not on the screen. They said no. Not to mention using the drive thru I have to touch the screen multiple times each time I want to select something. Sometimes I have to almost slap it for it select anything.

I swear the one right next to BioLife them people don’t understand what LITTLE means. I ask for little sauce and they cover the sandwich in it. So when your eating the sandwich all you can taste is sauce! Paper is covered in it and by the time you get home the bread is soggy!

I went here once b4 and it was perfectly fine came again and the 2 women working forgot my jalapenos on my sandwich then gave me nasty stale cookies!!! I call and ask CAN I BRING MY COOKIES BACK in exchange for fresh cookies cuz I literally live not even 5 mins away and she’s gonna say they r fresh … No type of heat or anything to them for them to be fresh!! literally just had left the place.. then as I’m on the phone and ask for her name she hangs up in my face ! Very rude and disrespectful service !

Ordered online. App worked well and my order was seen and prepared by the staff at the correct location. That’s always a bonus ordering online. When u arrived the store was clean. I was greeted and my sandwich was ready. My Mexicali club was prepared exactly how I wanted it and tasked so so good.
