With the change in management/ownership this location has been hit and miss when it comes to fulfilling app/online orders correctly. Missing components that were ordered and I can just deal with it or drive back and ask for a correction.

I ordered online and when I arrived I was shoved a bag of food that wasn’t even mine simply by answering yesterday to the question “did you have an online order”
Next I asked if I could put an extra order in and I was met with eye rolling , and he said something under his breathe in Spanish, I asked why he had to be rude because I know some Spanish and he denied, so I asked again if I could order a bit more and he pointed silently with his finger to the end of the line. When I asked again why he was so rude to me and asked for the corporate or owners number he smirked and said he was the manager. I was going to order online through the app again but frankly after 17 yrs in restaurant work myself I decided to leave. I’m no longer hungry and I have requested a refund and assistance from corporate subway due to the incompetence and lack of respect from the staff at the local subway.
If that’s how a manager acts which I highly doubt was the case then I feel sorry for the local community. I love subway and have been to many across the country. This was unfortunate especially considering the “managers” lack of respect of hospitality toward his customers

Dine in and carryout service is horrible since the new owners took over. Sandwich quality and service is terrible. I gave it several tries. The take out or door dash order is always wrong and doesn’t consist of my full order. The chips and cookies are always left out of the order and when you request toasted it’s never toasted. Unfortunately I won’t be back. I’ll travel to the next town over if I want it.

Stopped in tonight for some sandwiches and was pleasantly surprised how friendly the workers all were. 3 people tonight working and all were super friendly and helpful. Feels refreshing to see a whole team of people happy to be at working! Sandwiches were great too!

Fast friendly service. The veggies are fresh and delicious. Italian BMT is my favorite. Prices are a little high but the sandwiches are always worth it.

We are from out of state and stopped to dine in and stretch lastnight about 6:30pm 11/21. There were 3 staff inside upon arrival. A very nice gal helped us with our order as the 2 guys were laid back and waiting for something to do. I had a family of 4. I was told there was no changing table for me to access for my child. There was also an “out of order” sign in front of the hallway to the restrooms yet they said we could use them if needed?¿ We got our food in a timely manner. Only problem was my kiddos wanted applesauce pouches out of the fridge and I wanted to just purchase another bag of chips for the road as well so we didn’t have to make another stop. Well, after the gal had left (her shift was over) these 2 young boys could not be found. I’m sure they were hiding on the other side of the wall and clearly heard my toddler asking for it and being told to wait so mom could buy it first. We waited a good 10minutes and still not a soul in sight. Very unprofessional if you ask me. As we were getting into the car these 2 workers suddenly popped up and were cleaning where we sat. Sounds like they needed a supervisor on duty or something. Anyone. Wouldn’t recommend for families with young ones! Food was good!
