Drive up ONLY, doors are locked. Touch screen order in drive thru. Don’t expect any human interaction. Food was fresh. Better ask for napkins, none given with order.

Great taste as always. Service was a little slow. Never was greeted until 3 minutes of standing at the front. Young kids don’t know the value of greeting a customer when walking up. Overall place was clean, showed a good quality of vegetables.

I have never had this kind of experience at a subway! I ordered 3 tuna subs and all 3 of us had to search for the tuna when it was found I think we had 2 tablespoons each on it. If this is what subway is going to I won’t be back.

The only reason they got a star is theres no ZERO star selection. The photo below is only the first of five photos of my mouth bleeding all over my sandwich and napkins as I ate a sharp object in their sandwich in August. Passing through Missouri on my way to my home state and eating as I got back on the interstate crunched a rock type piece in my bite of sandwich and couldn’t help it I swallowed it whatever it was something pea sized. A few seconds later realized that my upper lip was bleeding a lot and so was the bottom of my tongue. Long story short I reported to the manager who was rude and uncaring and the upper management called me as well as the meat suppliers for Subway. Nonetheless because it couldn’t be determined which part or ingredients of the food the object came from NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT ! IN OTHER WORDS their lack of concern was apalling. I had so many people tell me to hire an attorney but I thankfully did not need medical attention but could have, and as far as anyone there knows others could have experienced the same or worse. Just don’t even go there. I’ll never eat Subway again since then. Pathetic and very scary that they have no regard for the safety of the public.

Wow! Ordered online. Got a call within 2 minutes from Subway. “We are out of bread”. Asked them if they were out of a specific kind. Nope, they were completely out of any bread 7pm. Inexcusable!! Not the first time it has happened at that location.

I got 2 of the new series sandwiches. Ordered on line. 5 minutes before pickup i got a call saying that they had no bacon and no shredded monterrey jack cheese which were major parts of the monster cheesesteak i ordered. I also ordered a subway club and payed for bacon. I wasnt offered an alternative or discount, just got refunded for the bacon i added to the club sandwich. It was pretty lousy.
