Food was alright. I used to love this subway. I ordered a 6.99 foot long on the app and asked for different toppings on either side which I always do and it’s never been messed up. Which is okay. The blonde lady fixed it with kindness but the dark haired lady was very rude. I was shocked at her rudeness. If this is the service I’ll be receiving I won’t be returning when she’s working. She was absolutely disrespectful. Shameful to say the least.

Rachael was absolutely phenomenal. I placed a couple different orders due to split payments, which as a fast food manager I understand is frustrating. When I came in she was so kind to me despite that. She was also super busy with a bunch of other online and in store orders, but she still kept the atmosphere very warm. She is an amazing worker and deserves the praise!!

My husband and I walked in on a Friday night at 8pm. (July 18th). We were the only people in the restaurant. We walked up to the “order here” sign. The two female employees were making sandwiches for what I assumed was an online order. They did not greet us. They never looked at us. We stood silent, patiently waiting for over 5 minutes. We left. Even if they ran out after us,we would not want employees like that to make our sandwiches. Sad

Stood there for 20 min. only to have the slowest “sandwich artist” in the world tell us she didn’t have enough bread for our order with no apology. She then took some crackers another customer didn’t eat and returned and put them with the others. Unfriendly, unsanitary and unacceptable!

The older heavy set lady with the glasses and short hair was so extremely rude. My 16 year old was with me and I was helping him order his sandwich (he got confused on the mozzarella cheese thought he thought it would be slices) and she thought it would be a good time to tell me that her father married a lady who took care of everything for him and she died and he didn’t even know what he liked on his sandwich. I must of had some look on my face because she then tells me that she’s not telling me how to raise my kid just giving parental advice! For this she then offered me some FREE cookies! Will not ever go back here again…..

I don’t know the name of the lady working, but she was older heavyset, wore glasses was and incredibly rude. Cut me off in the middle of my sentences, and was insanely unpleasant. I said I wanted a spicy Italian but only salami and pepperoni, and she responded with “I know what’s on a spicy Italian.” In a blunt tone with a rude look on her face. Then proving her inability to listen asked me if I wanted cheese. Then later as she was putting the vegetables on said “this ain’t my first rodeo” which was a reference to my comment about only pepperoni and salami. I know this is petty as hell, but if you saw the interaction first hand or had it happen to you, you would definitely feel the same way.
