Got there about 10 mins before close after a basketball game. We were informed they were closed. So they could not make us a sandwiches. I figured u could order right up to closing. They were cleaning and clearing the ingredients. Seems they could do that at 9.

Ordered online, after arriving shortly after order to wait for my order to be made I got to watch them discuss making more product. They decided not to. I waited and then went up to claim my order and they told me they didn’t have any of that even though I had sit there and watch them talk about making more. This was just over an hour before they close.

This man had horrible customer service. He definitely needs more training and a better attitude. Almost came across as racist? Food was less than enjoyable. Overall horrible experience. Bathrooms were messy. Gross. Wouldn’t recommend stopping.

New management is very poor. I placed an online order the passed two weeks, they did not follow the instructions. The most recent order I asked the sandwich artist if the sandwich’s were deluxe. When I got home to eat them they were not. I asked the artist specifically if they were deluxe, he starred at me like I was speaking jiberish. I will not get sandwiches there again. Looks newly renovated and clean. Don’t like to hear employees berating another employee. Food prep folks should know the menu board. I doubt very seriously that my sandwich bread was made today; edges were tough and dry (not like toasting; dried out and inedible). Prices have sharply increased since we’ve been to a Subway. $10 for 6″ sub (without beverage or sides) seems overpriced. Convenient to highway, but will probably make my own picnic to bring on trips where we used to frequent Subways.

This was a clean Subway. The service was very good from the two young women that served us. We ordered four foot long’s separately. All were spot on and we All said that was good out loud. The restroom was shared with the fuel station that was adjoined. I gotta say it was really clean. Thanks
