The time I wasted at this Subway today at ~5:30 PM was the lousiest most unavailing time I have ever spent in any public space ever. I had gone through a horrible day already only to be met with two rude and condescending workers behind the counter who talked down on me and my friend and rushed our order despite the restaurant being practically empty except for the two workers, me and my friend, and another family that had already been served and was eating at a table. When I came in, I did not want meat on my sandwich thus I stood in front of the vegetables and expected to just be able to order my sandwich there and then they told me “go on that side. Do you not see the ‘Order Here’ sign?” and made me feel like I was unintelligent. They also asked which bread I wanted and I was trying to decide which bread I wanted to use for my sandwich and the worker said “have you never been to a Subway before?” Again, they tried to make me feel like a troglodyte for just ordering a sandwich after having an already bad day. Again, they were rushing our orders the whole time while the line consisted only of us two. There was obviously no reason for this and overall I did not appreciate the patronizing circumlocution and insults to my intelligence. Oh and by the way, the sandwich had a bunch of rotten lettuce in it that I did not ask for in the first place (I asked for spinach…) and there was a dead ladybug in it… For this review, I leave one star but I would leave half of one or none at all if it was within my ability.

First time I tried this Subway. Last time too. Got coupons in mail yesterday so thought I’d try it out. Has coupon in hand obviously and ordered sandwich . Then told this owner doesn’t accept subway coupons. Wont be back . Should have told them to keep the sandwich then.

I was ordering the boss sandwich, the employee asked if I wanted Provolone cheese. I said yes, Provolone is fine. She then asked if I wanted this huge chunk of cheese from the bread. I said no. She then toasted the sandwich and started to add the vegetables. Turns out she forgot to even put the cheese on it. Okay, it’s fine we just added the cheese after. A meatball rolled off the sandwich, the employee didn’t care and started to wrap the sandwich up. Had to ask for meatball to be included.
The customer behind me got his sandwich flipped over by the employee and lost all of his toppings.
Looking at the vegetables, the cucumbers were brown and soggy and the lettuce was brown as well. All the other ones looked fresh.
Overall a hot mess.

If i could give a zero star rating i would, employee’s attitude was awful, she was no where to be found for almost 10 minutes while we waited. I had to call the store phone before she came out of the bathroom. I understand needing to use the bathroom and being the only employee on staff but there is really no excuse for the attitude. When we asked her questions she would make it extra complicated for no reason or just point to the signs instead of just listing what the options were. Definitely won’t be back or recommending this location, i’ll stick to the Englewood branch instead.

This subway is pretty mediocre, very hit or miss. The staff never seems super in tune to what is being ordered or what is being put on a sandwich. I got a mountain of olives on my 6 inch (as seen in the pic) when I ordered light olives. A minor gripe nonetheless. I will still order from here, but my family is wary and always know to check our stuff before leaving!

This is, without exaggeration, the WORST Subway in America, and I mean that with my whole chest—on Monday the 29th, 2025 around 5:30 PM, the two women behind the counter managed to turn the simple act of ordering a sandwich into a hostile, anxiety-inducing nightmare, radiating pure contempt, attitude, and impatience as if customers were a personal inconvenience, talking down to my friend and me like we were idiots for daring to exist in their store; if I were the owner, I would fire them on the spot because this isn’t just bad service, it’s business suicide when buying a sandwich feels tense, uncomfortable, and borderline humiliating, and let me be crystal clear: it is not my fault that you don’t want to work, and taking that resentment out on customers is unacceptable, unprofessional, and honestly embarrassing for any establishment claiming to serve food to the public.

This was the worst fast food experience I have ever had. I walked in and stood at the counter for 3 minutes while the employee stared at me from the lobby. When he finally came to take my order I told him I did not want my sandwiches toasted. He made the BLT and a Chicken sandwich and added all of the toppings. After wrapping the BLT, I had to ask if the meat was raw, because I couldn’t believe my eyes. He told me yes because I didn’t want the sandwich toasted. When I asked to speak to the manager he said there wasn’t one there. When I asked for the stores number for complaints, he said I could find it online and they weren’t going to give it to me. As I walked out of the store, they yelled across the lobby that I “didn’t want it toasted”, as if that means I want to serve my wife and myself raw meat. I rarely make these reviews because I like to believe people are generally trying their best. With that being said, if anyone actually reads these, I would very much appreciate if someone with the store would reach out. For video purposes it was around 7:10pm Sunday 12/15/2024.

I completed hated my sandwich. It was an absolute mess. This sandwich basically fell apart soon as I unwrapped it. It was overstuffed and the things I asked for were not on the sandwich. I was expecting a pleasant lunch, now I’m highly irritated. Thanks
