Just came back from here and soon as I got home lost my appetite. While I was there going to get ice there was something brown and black in the ice cubes(didn’t even get ice after that). Then I get home and I just found a long nasty piece of hair in my cookies after I broke it apart . Like imagine that I really was exited.

Yesterday on 06/04/2020 at 6:05 pm I came into the subway which is in the Walmart off of 350 hwy. The worker was in the store by himself with no help. He informed me that he didn’t have time to make more cookies and that i wouldn’t be getting them. We ordered 6 and got 0. Following that none of our order was made correctly. On all three of our sandwiches they put the wrong bread on them. We paid extra for guacamole on one of them and got nothing. Furthermore they were out of bottled soda, so we got nothing. The store was out of kids toys for our kids meal we ordered. Also they had none of the chips we ordered in stock. So in our mind they didn’t fulfill the order at all. I want a refund for my 24.40$ as we did not eat the food because all three sandwiches were totally different than what we ordered, it wouldn’t have mattered anyway considering by touch all the food was ice cold (even though we requested them to be toasted). Also i would like to speak on the character of the so called manager “Rodger” as he offered no help and got loud with my fiance over the phone. I did not put up with that at all. I called the store and he treated me completely differently than he treated her. Not only does the lazy worker that made my sandwich need to lose his job but so does the manager that does not respect women. I would think that would be different considering his immediate supervisor is a female. I expect a remedy to this issue and will not be visiting another subway in the future. I understand this post was made from my wife’s account but this is her Husband speaking even though “Rodger” is the only one that cares about that.

Lettuce was brown i ask for some different and he got and said they looked the same and they didn’t it looked better i was still polite, him and another employee chimed in saying it looked the same, but when I got back to work to eat the black olives smelled like they turned. Will never go back tried to call the store and Google said the store was closed. The young lady was great.

The first time I went to this location, the employee was really slow, and I mean REALLY slow, even just putting their gloves on. It was lunch rush and even with a line behind me, another employee sitting at a table in the break area did not once offer to help. Nor did the employee making my sandwich ask for help. Great time to take a break. I was so perturbed with the service while it was happening that I didn’t even notice the employee was not wearing a mask (Covid mandate) while making my sandwich, until my daughter pointed it out to me when we left. I swore to never go there again.
However, months later, this morning to be exact, I was in Walmart early and noticed a different employee working the line at Subway, so I thought to try it out again for lunch, hoping for better service. This time the sandwich maker was a little bit quicker, not by much…..moving slowly, working solo (during lunch rush!), needed to stock salami and pepperoni, mask kept falling down, didn’t think to make both mine and friend’s sandwich at the same time, both the Italian: simple, low maintenance sandwiches. Line was long again. Customers behind me left because of the slow service. Never going back, never.
Stop hiring slugs and people who are in not compliance with Covid / CDC mandate.

I was trying to order food when the manager came out and said. “Add $2 to his meal. That’s the way it is”. So I canceled my order and As I was leaving, I heard people talking under Their breath saying that guy should be fired. But nothing happened. It’s really the management that is horrible there, even to their employees. They treat their customers very badly.

Nice location on the corner of 350 HWY and Gregory. The employees are always friendly and willing to help you get the best deal, or figure out what you what to eat. Tons of hand-washing and gloves which are awesome. The food is always fresh, and I always get fresher vegetables. Needs a little more room for waiting. If there is a line, it wraps between multiple tables. Would not be comfortable to eat with people standing right next to your table.

Totally misleading advertising; haven’t seen anything this bad in a long time. I though businesses had gotten over doing that. They advertise some six inch sandwiches for $1.99 very noticeably, but the fine print requires that you buy a drink. The drinks START at almost $4.00. The meatball sub was really good though-hence the two more stars. The server might have mentioned the pricing caveat up front. In summary–good food-bad ethics! There’s no such thing as a free lunch or apparently, a dollar-and ninety-nine-cent one! (See KCs own Robert Heinlein.)

Although I don’t really shop at walmart due to NWO plans, Subway here has consistently pleased me with thier service. Friendly atmosphere and staff. Even on thier last day of service, the staff has continuously provided me with a fantastic sandwich and friendly jestures, always above and beyond my expectations considering the stress volume. I will continue to order my sandwich here untill I see barbed wire! Way to go fam!
Be patient and you will get it fully loaded!

Early spring throughout summer, Subway is my spot. Today went in for 6in. tuna on 9grain oat. To my dismay the server puts 2 small, very small, scoops of tuna on my sandwich. I asked when did they cut down to 2scoops and responded thats how it has always been. NO IT HAS NOT!! He was kind enough to offer additional scoops for a charge. Really??
Then when i asked for tomatoes he put 2 tomatoes! Asked for lettuce, and he SPRINKLED lettuce on my sandwich! Quickly becoming unsatisfied, Transaction completed. So dissatisfied, I BARELY TASTED ANY TUNA. Mostly bread. I will NOT be going Subway anymore.
