Left debit card on counter after paying. Went back no more than 2 minutes later and it was gone. Another lady pulled me aside and said she watched them take it. Tried to call as well and they don’t answer the phone.

Terrible store! Had an insane experience today grabbing a quick sandwich after shopping. The lady was beyond rude and unprofessional. I asked for 2 footlong subs. I always order the same thing and have for 20 years. I ordered a meatball with all the toppings. I’ve never had a problem with the order. She then skipped a bunch of toppings and then only put like 2 cucumbers or olives in there. I then asked her to add more and put on the missing toppings and she said, “No. I can’t close the sandwich like that.” I should have just left, but it was so bizarre I just stood there. I ordered my other sandwiches and then went to pay. One of them I wanted a meal deal with chips and a drink. I asked him which one, and he indicated the 30oz for the meal deal, so I grabbed it. When I went to pay, the lady was watching me and I was not going to tip. If she has been the tiniest bit more friendly or had made my order the way I asked, then no problem. But I hit no tip and the lady was watching me. She then told the guy there that I should get the smaller drink. He then told her no, this was the right size. They then started arguing in their language back and forth and I went to leave. My receipt indicated that I also paid for the larger 30oz drink. Truly strange and crazy. Will not go back to that store ever again. The one on Antioch is close by, super clean, very friendly, and never had an issue with an order there!

Always very friendly staff. The young men who were working tonight are helpful and cheerful. I don’t get to visit this location often but any time I’m in the area, I make time to stop. I love the Auntie Anne’s pretzels.

I tried to get the five dollar special and she didn’t honor the five dollar special and then later on I go to the women’s bathroom and the lady who also works at that subway was in there and I saw her come out the stall look in the mirror and walk right out she didn’t even wash her hands in the bathroom. I would never use the subway again

Two young women were talking when I walked up. I had to tell them that I was ready to order. Young girl that made my sandwich had an attitude and and even slammed oven door. I dobnot recommend this subway to anyone. And just yo give a description of the girl, she is skinny, think liquid eyeliner and black long hair, about 20 years old. Yea….never again.

Updated 01/19: the lady in the morning, is rude to elder people. She did not take the time to listed to the old lady. And recently the Auntie Annies is no longer run by its own people, i fear it has been taken over by the new owners. This place has went down since the new owners took over. Tables never get wiped down, floor doesn’t get swept. The employee’s listen to loud rap music at night while they’re “cleaning” up. They are on their phones leaning on the counter and even wearing ear buds where they can’t hear the customers.
