The guy with the ponytail and tattoos needs recognition. He had a full lobby and no help. He mentioned he works all day tomorrow with no one else since they all called in. He was calm and confident and didn’t seem to worry. He acknowledged everyone who walked in and answered the phone all while having a good happy attitude. Subway needs to do better in providing more help for the people who show up.

my fiancé went in to get us two footlongs he said that the service was terrible, the man working behind the counter was high and that’s not even the worst of it. i asked for a meatball sub and as he was putting it in the toaster he dropped it on the pan and tried stuffing the meatballs back in and my fiancé told him to remake it and the man behind the counter tried to refuse. he remade it. with 3 meatballs and one slice of provolone cheese. they would not give him a refund. wasted $27 would love to talk to the manager.

Rob and Jessica took such good care of me. I hate being that guy that comes in last minute. More than anything I hate that. But they were sweet kind honest and helpful every way possible. I can’t recommend this place enough My girlfriend was sick and the other thing that would make her feel better was a Subway sandwich. They made an absolutely perfect. Lady was rude. There was 2 pieces left of the turkey in the bin with cheese and some on sauces already on it. I asked her if I could get the fresh slices. Instead of saying sure she starts explaining how the turkey is still fresh. There’s condiments on it from it being in the bin. She wanted to argue about it so I left. The bins of food looked like it had been open for a while there were no lids on anything which made everything look dry. I definitely will not be back.

I walked into this place they had no signs up for any of their or the prices, there were two people back there none of them spoke I just stood there waiting and nothing ever happened. so I ended up just leaving!!! it’s like I never even walked in the door. The inside should not even be open for people to walk in it should be like a drive-thru with a robot that speaks to you cuz at least the robot will activate! I left and went to Jimmy John’s at least they speak to you!

Went to this location yesterday around noon and terrible service. I was the only one in line and there were 2 workers there. The one that came up to the front did not say a word to me. In fact, she never even looked up to acknowledge my presence and steadily looked down at the bread she was slicing. I was there for about 5 minutes and after being ignored, I left. I won’t be patronizing this location again.

I went today and there was a lady working she sounds so rude and it seems she has no interest in offering us food she was not smiling nor welcoming which is really bad I mean there has to be proper hospitality at least. Other than that food was good yet the employees should be taught basic manners.

Staff is always busy. Quickly able to communicate times for your order. Even when understaffed the associates always seem to properly handle the business.
