They first told us we couldnt use the bathroom to wash our hands until they realized we were eating here and had to ask again. Then proceeded to tell me he could only put so many olives on my sandwich yet they would have let me put every other vegetable on my sandwich? How is that my way subway? I should have waisted all the other veggies ♀️ yes im grouchy today but not happy with our service today. I JUST WANT EXTRA OLIVES ♀️ ♀️ oh and our table was dirty.

The individual at the cashier was very helpful and polite. My order was supposed to be ready at 12:10p. I arrived right on time; however, the order was not ready. He immediately apologized (with a good attitude). A couple minutes later, he gave me my order, apologized again for been busy, and told me to have a nice day. When I arrived at my office (about 5 minutes later) my food was still warm. Overall, a great experience.

Um!!! The customer service here was UNREAL!! The cashier in the sun glasses, the light skin mixed lady, and a middle age gentleman with facial hair on the Wednesday shift at 1pm…. Not only were they super friendly, they had a great sense of humor AND the three of them worked SO well together! Sure… it’s Subway…. Nothing fancy… but the service was awesome and all the ingredients were totally fresh and the sandwich was fire!!!!! I got it toasted and sometimes it’s too “toasty”… it was freaking perfect!!!! To top it all off, I sat here eating my meal and they were just as awesome to every other customer! There’s just something about great customer service that makes the entire Meal awesome!!

We were starving..just missed our train home..forced to ride Greyhound..& in a foreign city. This location was the closest. The store was clean but the tables needed to be wiped. The air was so cold..on a hot day…LOVED IT! The lettuce & some other items were old, so we skipped them. Overall..the food was ok..I mean it’s SUBWAY! The 2 guys working were slow & not friendly…unless you were a regular customer. If I am ever in downtown KC again & wanted Subway I would come here again.

The manager was very rude. I went in for the $3.50 deal which is the oven roasted chicken. I told my friend that I thought it was the roatissouri chicken. The manager was all in our conversation and was like “What did you say?” so I repeated myself she said “No it’s the oven roasted” with an attitude. Never again will I spend my money there. I will make it my business to report her. It’s obvious by reading other comments that she’s ghetto with a nasty attitude. Get it together if you don’t want to be there apply for something different
