I hadn’t been in, in a while due to a lady who was working nights appears to be in her late 40s. She was rude to other employees in front of people and made excuses for one male. I just stopped in while shopping now on two different evenings this week and there is the sweetest most pleasant woman in there now. She is short with tealish glasses hair pulled neatly into buns and very efficient and so customer friendly! When I entered there was a line. She was by herself and she kicked butt! Store was super clean and the cutest display on a table. Thank you Subway for hiring her i hope she sticks around and others can get great service. Ill be back in the evenings.

The food was fine, the atmosphere was good, and the store was very clean. I want to shout-out to the employee who was there by herself during rush because someone quit and left her alone. She maintained a positive attitude, greeted customers as they came in and let them know up front that she was running behind and there would be a little wait. After being in the restaurant business most of my life, I wanted to jump behind the counter and give her a hand, which I obviously could not do. She is the type of employee that I would love to have on my team, certainly a leader.

Hi Subway! I hope reviews are ways to take public serious and reward workers. You have hired a little gem. I THINK her name is Victoria. I try really hard to remember good servers names. She must be relatively new as we try and stop in a few times a month. She was slammed and didnt lose composure helped each one of us and kept smiling. There was a worker with her who would not help her,in fact was rather rude, it looked to be a young adult male. At anyrate please dont let her go anywhere!!! Its been a while were the GM is pleasant and a worker. There is a older lady there who is rude as well but so happy evening is covered! Thank you!

Came in for a quick sub, very kind talkative workers that were very pleasant to work with. Service was fast. The restaurant was clean, but I do miss the old homey warm decorations subways had. It’s nice to have a sandwich shop that actually toasts subs around.

I came in today (April 19th) between 2:30 and 3:00 PM, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the young man who was working during that time. He was incredibly kind and welcoming, making my son and I’s sandwiches with great care. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious!

My son and I decided to say there and eat and What stood out the most about this employee was his genuine effort to engage with each customer while preparing their food. He took the time to ask about their day and was naturally personable, which is something you don’t see often in customer service nowadays —especially from someone his age. It’s clear that you have a truly exceptional employee, and he’s a great reflection of the kind of service that makes a difference. You should be proud to have him on your team!

Probably one of the Worst subways I have been to the employees seem very confused. I was told I couldn’t get avocado, even though I was going to pay for it out of my money because I didn’t tell them at the start nor did they ask me.

I usually love coming in the afternoon, the teenagers always give me the BEST service but the other day I had the worst service which isn’t my usual experience but the heavy set woman that worked the morning of August 14th is very much racist and me extremely uncomfortable
So uncomfortable I asked for a full refund, safe to say I won’t be visiting again, female employee said she wouldn’t give her name or corporate number
Very disappointed I have to drive further from my home to eat subway due to this incident

DoorDash ordering here is always complicated.

First issue in the past was due to ordering multiple items, they called telling me my order was wrong.

Next they are always out of the cheese dipper. It’s literally cheese and bread.
Which leads me to the next part. I check the website before ordering on here… the product isn’t out of order but thanks for abruptly canceling my dash…

Oh and they don’t tape up doordashed orders
