I ordered two sandwiches. Both sandwiches had steak. The guy making the sandwiches did not ask if I wanted them toasted just told the other person that they were to be toasted. The problem is I had already told her I only wanted one toasted before toppings. He also put the meat in the middle of the two sides of the bread causing half the sandwich to have meat and the other half to not have any. You had to bite from the left to get meat and the right had all the toppings. They were not fast and they were not wearing masks. Masks are required in this county. I will not be going back to this location. The service was also bad. They were the slowest subway I have been in. It took over ten min to get two subs and I was the only person in the store.

The air conditioning was broken. The kids working were sweating and their faces were so red from being over heated. It was so hot in there. Poor kids having to work under these conditions. It was hotter in there than outside, it is 87 outside. Fix your air people!!!! Ugh!!! Close the place until you can fix the air.

Should give 2 stars but I’m a nice guy. When I got back in car my bacon, egg n cheese breakfast flatbread was room temp after being in the oven. The only thing warm was the egg she put in the micro. She knew the oven wasn’t working correctly bcuz she told me it would take some extra time to heat. Cookie box on display is marked $3 for 6 but tried charging $3.99. Cashier scoffed when I told her the price was written $3 and said the others don’t know what they’re doing. Plus she looked and acted like she just rolled out of bed. I was there at 8am.

It can be hard to find good employees nowadays but there are a couple here that have really positive attitudes and really seem to care about doing a good job. I can appreciate that and will give 5 stars for that. They do great at making the sandwiches as we request them to be made.

I’m not one to post bad reviews often but this definitely was one of the most unpleasant locations I’ve ever been too. Both the employees seemed super angry and when we tried ordering they didn’t have it, asked what cheese we wanted then when we told them , they said she only had one kind. When I asked for onions they put onion sauce all over it with mayo. We ended up chucking the sandwich. Idk if we picked a bad day but it was terrible all around

I hate leaving bad reviews but this was just a poor performance all around. I went to the store a little after 10am (store hours open at 10) I wanted to take my son a birthday sandwich to school for lunch. The door is locked, the worker at the counter is looking at me through the door and refuses to unlock the door. When I looked again she hides her head behind the cash register! I mean, what!?!?! Come on subway, do better.

Terrible owner. We ordered in October 2018 online around 6pm on a Sunday. The store was supposed to close at 9pm. When I went to pick it up the store was already closed 615pm. I called customer service and they said the owner would get in contact with me. One month later, I didn’t get a call back so I called customer service again. They escalated it and sent the owner another request to contact me. One more month later (December 2018) I call back because I still haven’t heard anything. They said that the owner contacted me on Thanksgiving and issued a refund. I never received any contact from the owner and never received a refund. I will be contacting them again because of this and asking for a refund directly from subway and never to eat a a subway owned by the owner of this subway
