@ Melissa jones the store manager that was on speaker telling the kids too bad I live 20 minutes away etc after being held up on the phone for 15 min told it’s too late for them to remake my sandwiches they messed up. They literally did the reverse on each toppings on two different sandwiches. Now I’m being told they can’t do anything tonight and that Melissa the store manger hung up on them etc this is horrible they didn’t put right sauces or toppings. I will be calling corporate. She told the kid too bad it’s our policy that I’ll have to bring the sandwiches tomorrow to be remade or a refund. They didn’t put me on hold so I heard the manager Melissa tell them she didn’t care it’s policy and too bad I live further away. Too bad? Btw this was an online order but what a joke I will make sure you see what too bad means because this is completely not okay the way you talked about me not knowing or caring about half the situation and the way you talked to your staff.

One non toasted tuna takes 20 minutes with at least 3 people working they are slow and sarcastic won’t come here again they think they are making the customer suffer and they laugh about it hmmmmmm not to mention zero common sense a foot long should be cut in half and they get paid how much wow minimum 15 dollars an hour give or take a dollar huh major deficit going on there but they are getting paid and so why shouldn’t they just keep doing it like that. I wonder if they know what a shoppers report is laughing at them cause sooner or later you will be out and someone else will take your position shoppers reports are a real thing and their store reviews are terrible

If the owner actually cares about this place you need to seriously consider your staff and how to improve this store. It’s a disaster every time we go there and I always try to give multiple chances. We will not be going back. You have too many people behind the counter that don’t know what they’re doing and no one is in charge. Staff needs training and help. It’s a health hazard for anyone who eats there with all the chaos.

The lady making my sandwiches was on her cell phone literally the whole time she was making sandwiches. Holding it between her ear and shoulder. Then she would touch her phone in between actions while wearing the same gloves she was making sandwiches with. Maybe she had something very important going on that she needed to be on the phone but it was still unacceptable. Took forever as well

They could not keep up with orders and online order system is joke, it tells you preparing and ready. But in fact it was neither, we waited 30 more minutes longer In addition to the other 30 minutes, from originally ordering it. And store was full people waiting to order, likely behind the online orders.

Drive through service is extremely slow. Every time I go through the drive through I sit there at the window and wonder when my presence will be acknowledged. It can take up to 5 min. or longer for someone to finally come to the window. After paying it is hard to tell if anyone is actually preparing your order. At SUV eye level hight I watch employees serving in store customers that entered well after my arrival, and a lot of cutting up with each other. Watched the manager on duty get a huge fountain drink, only 2 feet between us, grab clip board, and disappear. Didn’t ever look at me. All the while three other employees serving one customer (A handsome fellow, three flirty young gals) Sadly it’s like that every time I visit. Maybe a more responsible manager might help break up the giggle fests, in favor of just a bit more professional customer service. I know we need to be on our knees thanking everyone that still works in any customer service position. But please, I just want to get my sandwiche and leave without the disrespectful floor show. (Please don’t spit in my sandwich next time I come by.)

Waited 20+ minutes for two sandwiches, and my third sandwich was completely forgotten even though I mentioned it multiple times to the person making my order. Owners and management really need to step things up

I never usually go out of my way to leave reviews unless it really got to me but this is one of those times..few days ago we ordered 3 sandwiches, online order and inside pick up. One was even 15.99 that included double meat/protein. We spent nearly 50 bucks and I feel like we just paid for bread. I don’t know if it would have made a difference if we had actually been there watching them being made or not, but regardless it was pretty disappointing. We don’t get subway that often and usually its not an issue. But this time really made a lasting impression. Likely won’t go to this location again.

My 5 star rating is based solely on your worker that was working alone tonight, Landon. I made sure I asked for his name. He was slammed, working alone and his attitude was pleasant and professional. I honestly felt bad that he was alone but he was keeping up multi-tasking all over the place! Kudos to a younger worker who actually works, that’s rare these days. The food was good too . Give him a raise or promote him!!

Tried ordering on door dash and the dasher waited forever for my order. Tried calling this location and got hung up on many times. If I could give zero stars I would in a heart beat.
