I ordered in drive thru and waited for almost 20 minutes before the gentleman came to the window and told me my order never came through. I suggested that I come in and order my food. When I walked in I asked both guys, how they didn’t noticed that I was outside at the window for almost 20 minutes. The gentleman with the glasses and acne was very rude. When I requested pepper jack cheese the guys with glasses went to the back, grab the cheese , slapped it on the counter, and walked away. I refused to eat the cheese and asked for provolone. The second guy who made my sandwich completely dismissed my order and helped the person that came in after me. The customer felt uncomfortable and apologized and I told her it was okay! The cup I was given was dirty on the inside. The guy didn’t like that I asked for another one. I can’t believe the way I was treated in this establishment. Their customer service was HORRIBLE!!! I would NEVER go back to this location. The store on Gregory is WAY better and professional!!!

Bread was soft and fresh. I like the way the meat is folded in four so it gives the illusion of more meat. Pretty skimpy on the shredded cheese. Soda machine was actually clean. I don’t like the arrangement of tables in this location.

During my time at Subwaymy food was made in a very timely manner and the employees that work there are very nice and reasonable. They even asked me how I was doing and helped me with a couple of things that I had going on. Overall the food was pretty good and there was no wait time. Chris and Jalisa were my Sandwich Artists for the day and they were amazing!

Usually always go to this one the staff is pretty decent… but today definitely blew me.. I walked in wasn’t greeted, staff back was turned and on the phone! getting ready to put more bread in the oven definitely understand that’s part of her job but it’s no way you ask a customer what can you get them without changing gloves at that moving pans around , touching different things.. I was very disgusted I have worked in fast food before and I know how important it is to be sanitary. Attitude was horrible she was stating on the phone that she was there by herself but it’s a way to treat your customer and do things! Remind y’all I was the only customer in the store 🙂

I bought a 6 inch tuna fish sandwich. More bread than tuna. They only put 2 small scoops of tuna on the sandwich WHERE’S THE MEAT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I won’t be returning to Subway. I can make a better sandwich than this!!!! Photo included.

Funny because I know how to use the deals online they shut it off to use deals. So they don’t have to make 4 sandwiches talk about being lazy. Also shows bottle drinks when checking out got fountain drinks. It’s sad to see this place go down because I have been going here for 20 plus years. And my grandpa used to go here for years when he was alive. He also knew Mary too that’s what sad! Her employees just seem lazy whoever working 11/9/2024 at 5pm.. yea I’m calling your lazyself out.

Came here Saturday for a wrap. Place was very clean, ladies were very friendly. My friend had to use the restroom and came saying, That bathroom is super clean. I always have someone to go check it for me before I go. Those ladies had it going on here!! Thank you for a clean experience, Lily and I can’t think of the other young ladies name!! I just want to say thank you to Jessica for really being a team player. She was taking all the sandwich orders then finishing them. She was quick despite there being a line.
