If you want quick service, this is not the place for you. Watched the employees in the back have a full on conversation, and still continue it after making eye contact with me. Took 10 minutes for someone to finally come out, and take my order. Will not be back. Be better Subway.

I had terrible experience today evening. There was 2 ladies in total. Trainee one at the front and i ordered. She put my sub in the oven and then put it on the counter and start taking other order. My sub was getting cold there and i had to reheat it. Plus it really waste my time. I came here on my break she made me wait for nothing. I was waiting because she was busy with other customer. There is a rule in every food court that they dont start taking order of the next customer before finishing the first one. Never gonna come back there again.

11 o’clock in the morning, no lights on no side of any employees, and just a mess of sandwich bits everywhere on the counter. The employee finally came, but was talking on the phone and did not end her phone call the entire time she was taking my order. If I was a manager, I would wanna know.

I went to this Subway around 8:45 PM. There were three customers ahead of me, so I used the restroom while I waited. When I came back around 8:50 PM, the employee — a skinny white guy — told me he couldn’t take my order because they were about to close. However, the posted hours on Google Maps clearly say the store closes at 11 PM, not 9 PM. I felt like I was being treated unfairly, and it raised serious concerns for me about discrimination. This kind of service is unacceptable. If they’re going to close early, they need to update their hours — and treat customers with basic respect.

6/7/25- neither of the ladies behind the counter seemed to be qualified to read the menu let alone make sandwiches. I told the first person twice that I wanted my sandwich like it was stated on the menu, and was still questioned about every step only to find out after meat and cheese were on the bread that they didn’t have the sauce that went on the sandwich. The second person seemed very irritated that I had the nerve to order something that they didn’t have. Vegetable selection was very poor and what was available looked dismal, wilted, and old. My sandwich was “toasted” yet the cheese wasn’t melted and the meat was still very cold. The only positive thing about this experience was the Miss Vickie’s spicy dill pickle chips and I’m sure that was because this franchise had nothing to do with the preparation, thankfully.
The only reason this is a 1 star review is the fact that Google will not allow me to make it a ZERO star review.

Who ever the older of the 2 lady’s working at 6:30pm on 10-30-24 is. Should not be in customer service. The younger of the two girls that was doing the veggie side was super nice. However the older lady who was doing the bread side was very rude. When she asked us if there was going to be 2 sandwiches, I replied with no there will be 3 sandwiches. She sighed and said 3 sandwiches …
Then on one of the sandwiches I asked for the ghost pepper bread. She literally sighed again turned around and looked at me and said ” I would have to change my gloves 3 times just for that sandwich” and then just stared at me until I picked a different bread. Like wow isn’t that your job ..
And just how many sandwiches do you make before you change your glove’s.
