I used to enjoy this subway but unfortunately they are under new management. The new child manager is that super rude employee from the Blue Ridge Subway. The (of course) had no bread, no meat, nothing for me they just sent me out the door. This is 2 in the afternoon, mind you. There was rap music blaring with curse words. Despicable

Almost every time I order. They are out of something. No olives one week, no spinach the next. Today they were out of ‘toasted’! That being said, I love this Subway. Easy in and out experience.

Don’t know her name, but she’s a heavyset black woman with glasses and a clipped up weave bun/ponytail. She got an attitude with me because I told her I didn’t want double cheese on my sandwich. She acted as if I waited until she put the second layer on it to tell her and I didn’t. I stopped her as soon as she started to try to put the 5th slice on there. She was super rude. Then she says to her coworker “I already have my attitude I don’t need yours.” Her coworker didn’t even do anything to her. She’s very rude and I’m glad at subway you can watch her make the food because she’s nasty inside and out. I wouldn’t trust her to make orders for drive thru people. She might get mad and destroy their food.

They can’t do that here at this subway.
If you order a BLT with Pepperoni and ranch, you get instead a blt with olives, onions and spinach. You are saying to yourself, no way…. but yup, see photos.

What is a sandwich shop that can’t make….sandwiches?
Also, building is needing cleaned up on the outside, windows need cleaned, and trash around building needs picked up.
I dont like leaving these types of reviews, but after enough times, it needs to happen.
I’d avoid this place if I was you all.

Subway is probably the best of the fast food sandwich places. I’m not really a fan of Jimmy John’s or many other sandwich shops . Also the best way to enjoy a subway sandwich is to toast it at home . 350°F for around 7 minutes gets the bread nice and crispy .

They have a seven dollar meal menu that changes from day-to-day. Today was Wednesday and it happened to be 6 inch meatball meal day for seven dollars. The meatball sub is the sandwich I’m prefer at Subway so I was excited. The young woman said unfortunately they were out of meatballs, so I kindly asked if I could Pay seven dollars for the Philly which is Sunday’s deal and she said I couldn’t because it would have to be Sunday for me to do that. If I ordered the Philly without the deal it would’ve been close to $14. I tried talking to a manager but there was no one taking responsibility on the shift. They all looked like they were 18 or younger. The one young man was on the phone with someone who seemed to be in charge but that person didn’t want to talk to me and told me I had to talk to corporate. I spent about 15 minutes searching online for a phone number to call corporate or someway to let them know of my bad experience and there was nothing. No way to let anyone in charge know how poor their service was. Awful

Waited for 25 minutes to have my order taken and the sub was terrible. Toasted but meat cold, bread old, burnt and falling apart. Presentation looked like it been dropped or stepped on a couple times. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
