The evening crew does not prepare call on orders when received. I had two call on orders, arrived at the store but only one was ready (well they did forget the chips in the order), but instead of completing the call in order he made sandwiches for 4 people the walk into the store and put my call in order on hold. I am sorry, but my order was placed before any of the walk in customers were even in the store so to put me on hold was just disrespectful, rude and not how any customer should be treated. Orders for sandwiches should be finished in order of when placed. I truly did not accept being told that a call in order was not as important as a walk in that places an order after mine. My order was just as important as any order the store had, no excuse for treating a call in order as second class order. Yes I am still upset about this issue.

I wish that I could give zero stars. My wife ordered a veggie sub on wheat bread. She’s not sure what the bread was but knows it wasn’t wheat. She asked for onions and received 2 slivers before they ran out. She asked for tomatoes and received 3 very small chunks. She asked for lettuce and received almost none. She asked for sliced olives and received 3 or 4 tiny pieces. She asked for yellow peppers and never found any in her sub. She asked for spinach and received a whole bunch (I assume to cover up the fact that none of the other ingredients were adequate). The lunch lines were long so, rather than stand in line to complain, we learned our lesson and left.
Subway normally does a good job. This store seems to be the exception. My sandwich was just barely OK and hers was awful. We will not return to this store .

3 people in line and 2 working the counter. They had 3 online orders hanging up and both employees working on them. The one employee told all 3 of us that as soon as they were done with the online orders they would get to us. The 3rd order came in after we were in line. I asked, so people that are standing here have to wait until you finish all the online. He never even looked up at me and said yep . So we left and went to the Subway in Lawson and will not return to the Excelsior Springs one. Lousy service.

All depends on who is working, evening crew has gone down last couple months! And now that this store doesn’t even accept the coupons it’s most definitely not recommended or worth the cost! All they have to offer is ok oh I’m sorry or my bad, when they mess up! So now don’t have no reason to keep coming back !

I don’t have an issue with service or staff, my issue is that I don’t understand why their bread is always like a brick, I know subway has never been known for their “super soft” bread but we went to Lawson subway to compare and it’s like night and day between the bread, I don’t know if they’re just cooking it too long or what… but something needs to change

Honestly has great sandwich’s but the employees can not read a ticket for the life of them. Everytime i order 2 sandwichs that are the same and 1 is different and they always switch 2 of them.every. single. Time. At first i got it remade. Now i dont want to go through the trouble to drive back up there. I call and let them know that they messed up again. *this has been continuous for 4 times now* and they always hang up on me. Honestly i wouldnt waste your time doing an online order from this location because they cant read!
