They need to schedule more than 1 person to a shift to avoid long wait times. Cuz when it takes a long time, kids will just grab bags of chips and throw them from one side of the store to the other and the parent will do nothing, and let them go ahead and put the chip bags right back on the shelves and leave the store!!! Ordered one of the FLBOGO promotions from the app (09/02/23) picked up sandwiches a little early and they were ready and waiting, however there is room for improvement on who ever the sandwich artist was who made them.
Black forest ham on whole grain wheat, pepper jack, lettuce and regular mayo.
Opened this wrapper up and it looks like the mayo dispenser had explosive diarrhea ! There was so much mayo on that sandwich it soaked thru the wrapper and the brown paper sack. You could read a newspaper thru the oil slick that created on all the wrapping. For a bonus, they gave me hard bread, nice.
Seriously, who ever made this went silly crazy on the mayo…what a nasty mess that went everywhere.

I just had an outstanding experience at this Subway and want to give a huge shout-out to the amazing employee who helped me today (Served by: 2227 on 4/25/2025 at 11:12 AM).
I had accidentally placed an online order to the wrong location and was feeling flustered, dreading the call to sort it out. But this incredible team member went above and beyond to help me. Not only was she kind and understanding, but she also took the initiative to call the other Subway location for me and got everything straightened out. She didn’t have to do that—but she did, and with such a great attitude.
It’s rare to find service this genuinely caring and helpful, and I want to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves. Subway, you’ve got a real star on your team!

I placed my order online about 1130 am. I set the pick up time to 12:00pm because I don’t go to lunch until then, which gave them 30 minutes to make my sandwich. When I get there at 12:02 my sandwich hasn’t even been made, there’s only two customers waiting and one of the employees is in the back messing with a trash bag. So I wait. The employee up front gets done with the first customer and starts waiting on the second and finally when the employee up front is ringing up the second customer the second employee in back finally decides to come up front and ask me if I need help. I told them I had an online order, they asked me my name and I confirmed it. I didn’t walk out of the door until 12:25pm. I ordered online at 11:30am and I even gave a tip and this is the kind of service I get. Won’t be going back to this Subway. Laziness, bad service and bad management.

Absolutely disappointing get everybody’s orders getting in the car call Subway to place the order all for them to tell me I have to go on the app and they won’t take my order over the phone, but I’m driving my personal opinion. I would rather have somebody take a phone order, rather than try to use the app at the same time they’re driving. I would think this would be a time to try to help each other. It can be a little more flexible when it comes to safety now I won’t bother to go there again. I will find a different sandwich shop .

Great sandwich, wish they would bring back the deli mustard, yellow mustard at a sandwich shop just won’t do. I take it home and add my own. Great customer service at this location over and over. I usually wouldn’t tip for counter service, but have been impressed with the employees hard work and good attitude even when they are swamped.

Who ever was working the register on Wednesday July 24 at approximately 12:55 pm-1pm was the worst and most disrespectful employee. Didn’t care about my order, told me too look on shelf for order, was right behind her. I was Told I could get my drink out of refrigerator. I informed her it was a fountain drink. Response, look on receipt and get your own. Would not look at me. Dismissive. Absolutely pathetic and she didn’t care one way or another.
I addition a flat bread was ordered and supposed to be toasted and a 12”. However it was not 12” and toasted
I was Told they can’t toast flat breads. Also there is the same amount of toppings even though it is not the right size.

Went to subway for dinner and Angel helped me. My sandwich had just enough sauce on my sandwich that I asked for. I also got extra pickles. Very helpful employee and very nice. That’s why I love this location.
