Another time I was in this store and I overheard an employee ask Denise about a fly in one of the meat bins. Denise told the employee to take the fly out and put the meat back on the line. This is disgusting and a MAJOR HEALTH HAZARD!
The floors looked like they have never been mopped with hot water ever, and the temperatures for the food are faked.
WHAT A MISTAKE THAT WAS!
I was there at 12:05 and there were only a few people sitting, but not one person was in line. You would think that I’d get wonderful and quick service, but NOPE!
I walked to the counter and waited patiently while the only person on duty (a guy with red hair pulled back into a ponytail) stood behind the cash register was looking down reading something on his CELL PHONE!
I cleared my throat, he looked up at me, but went right back to looking down at his phone. I stomped my foot to get his attention and waved in his direction, yet again though, he looked directly at me and continued to ignore me and looking/reading his phone.
By now it was already, 12:18 so my patience ran out. So I decided that Subway and this guy was a joke of an employee and decided to leave and go elsewhere. I did however, mention that this guy was ignoring me to the Walmart greeter lady.
Anyway, after thinking about this situation I decided to call and talk to the store manager. A female answered the phone, she did not say her name, but stated that the manager wasn’t in, but asked how she could help. So alright, I figured I’d talk to her. I started to tell her about the guy (employee) with the red hair ponytail and what does she do SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!! I have since tried numerous times to call her back, but the phone rings til it can’t ring anymore or it goes to an automated system that asks for a code.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EMPLOYEES AT THIS SUBWAY ARE ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! THEY WOULDN’T KNOW HOW TO GIVE GOOD SERVICE IF IT SMACKED THEM IN THE FACE!!!
I WILL BE CALLING CIRPORATE!!!
