My daughter and I were on our way to get our nails done and tried to run through the drive-thru before our appointment for a quick lunch. No one was there, wasn’t sure if they were even open. Sat in the drive thru for several minutes. Nobody answered so we just left. Employee was sitting outside on the phone. Didn’t look like anyone else was there.

I just left a negative review for a Subway in Basehor that I was at today, so I thought I should also leave a positive one for this Subway, that I’ve been to multiple times before, that has always been a positive experience! There’s a really nice lady that works there – I think her name was Diane or Diana. She is really efficient and great at her job. And also every time I’ve been to this location, the all the employees were always great!

We drove up. No one at the place. So should be an easy order and go right. Wrong. Sat there for 10 minutes. Lady says. I’ll be with you when I can! When I can. No ines here. What. Drove up to front. Lady sitting in there not answering drive thru. Sitting with kids eating lunch. Hmmm. These her kids. Does this subway know that she’s losing customers so she can do her own personal business. This is sad and crazy. Wasted our time here again. Never going back here. This place will soon be shut down because they’re losing money. If the owner doesn’t get it or realize it. It’s because of her the lady here today and every day that makes her own times and time to serve people. I also don’t want any food from people like this that make their own rules. Hmmm. They might be dirty. Might bend food rules etc. nope never again team. Go somewhere else. Much better options out there. People who care to serve me safe reliable food. Shut em down.

I drive from Independence to this one because everyone that works there is very positive good energy and so kind and has a great sense of humor there was three wonderful gals working there! Today and they’re just I love being there they are so kind make our day!! Thank you girl so much!!

This location is impossible to get a hold of a live person. I tried calling and all I got was an automated system which forwarded me through a bunch of prompts and said they were sending me to the location and all it did was take me on hold where I sat for 18 minutes with nobody answering.

Shame on the manager and owner of this store. Having one employee only at lunch time, no way to keep up. Several folks walked out, app said my order was ready 15 minutes ago but it’s not even started. ♂️

Went through the Blue Springs Drive-through today and got a salad. This is what I got for 9$ . Pretty pathetic and disappointing it was barely half full in the container. Not worth 9$ … it was like a side salad.

This place is absolutely THE WORST subway in the area, WHAT A JOKE. I went in to order my food & the lady was there didn’t even acknowledge me & just totally ignored the fact that there is a customer just walked in, I guess she was busy listening to something more important with her airpods. Then, after 10 mins of waiting .. The guy came in from inside with (an awful/unwilling to help) attitude & just looked at me like “what do u want” .. Throughout the whole order, he was giving me a terrible looks and wanted to be done with the order as quick as possible. Subway & management both need to take a hard look at this location otherwise they will keep losing customers which what clearly the employees over there are trying to accomplish !!

We got 2 chicken bacon ranch foot longs on white bread. Sandwiches were very good. Love them toasted. The lettuce was sketchy but the cucumbers were fire. Only complaint is $35 for 2 sandwiches 1 bag of chips and a drink. But that’s how it is right now!
