There is one scoop in the middle of my sandwhich I DoorDashed because can’t leave my job or I would’ve said something while they made it I normally don’t rate places but this happens more often then it doesn’t I stopped getting subway for a while but decided to give it another try but sadly it hasn’t gotten better and it didn’t have the cheese I ask for it didn’t any cheese at all

Subway is always a good option. This location was very clean and the guys working were nice and all three were staying busy taking care of customers and cleaning. None of them had their phones out which was a nice for a change.

This Subway always disappoints. I order on their app for convenience. I ordered a wrap a couple months ago and paid extra to get smashed avocado in it, they didn’t put any in it. I was already too far to turn around. And today, I ordered another wrap and got charged for it, when I arrived to the store, they were closed at 6pm. Although on their app and on the website it said they’re open until 9. So now I’m out of the money and no wrap to eat. That’s very poor customer service and extremely poor management! I won’t be going to this store again!

The food was great! But it was being run by 4 kids, one girl came to the front when we arrived and the other 3 stayed in the back goofing off until other customers came in behind us. When a customer is placing their order don’t rush them and slap their food together on the bread and make it all sloppy just because other people come in. Everyone is paying the same so treat Everyone the same. Not like you are in a rush to get the job done so you can go back to the back and start goofing off again! Seems like they needed an adult there to supervise. ♀️

I normally get a great protein bowl but the prep on 1/1/23 must have had my health in mind as she left off half of my toppings and all of my dressings. I will order ahead next time or go inside to make sure the same person doesn’t leave off half of my order. New years dinner was a bust.

Was the worst experience I’ve had, you order a salad and you get half of a salad and charge you full price, then they act like it was a big deal when you ask them about it. Then the acting manager came over and had an attitude about the situation, when we asked for ghe managers name he said th why weren’t Allie’s to give that out and we would have to call on Monday to ask for the manager. We will never go here again!

The manager has an awful attitude. Told her my last sub had very wilted lettuce and the tomatoes were the same. She said it arrives that way and they can’t do anything about it. So they service poor food? She’s in the wrong profession.

I arrived at location around something to 6 I drove through the drive thru didn’t get no one on the speaker after I’d push the button twice. Therefore I proceeded to drive to the window the guy opened the window proceeded to take my order as he passed it to me I bit off of it I noticed the chicken was not what I asked for they refused to refund me as well as refused to remake my sandwich I proceeded to ask for cooperate number awhile being told to shut up its just a sandwich my experience was definitely a rude one with no hospitality just laughs as if it was all fun and game and I’m not very happy at all actually livid!

Went in a little while ago to get a sandwich and turns out I didn’t have the cash, I left and came back within 30 seconds after calling someone to get some money hoping to get my sandwich. But as it turns out the kids behind the counter had given it away to someone in the short time I was gone somehow. Thanks for the terrible experience 10/10 won’t be back again

Traveling on I-55 & just stopped in. The place was clean as a pin & the 2 young men working there right now, are running the place like they are invested owners! Polite and Very professional! Congratulations to the owners for finding such wonderful help!
