This place has kids running it, came here today to order some sandwiches and they were out of almost everything. I asked where the manager was and why the food was not stocked and they said the person from the night before did not stock it, and I told them it is the manager’s job to make sure the store is ran properly, I hope this message gets seen by the right person and the issue is fixed.

The little girls working this evening care nothing about the customers SPECIFIC instructions on how the customer wants their meal put together!! The food temperatures are not where they are supposed to be. When I say drain the juice off my heated rotisserie chicken that is what I freaking mean!!! Don’t look at me work a look on your face like I’m stupid when clearly you need to ask the customer to elaborate. Since when is an employee allowed to show up to work wearing sweat pants and no subway uniform??? Instead of hiding in the back one of them need to get out here and wash off these NASTY tables. If you want to be acknowledged as young women then act like one!!

Food was fine (aside from the plastic string I found in my sandwich) but the tables were dirty and there were a lot of flies. Employee directly asked me if I wanted a footlong, I said yes, and then she made a six inch and got a bit of an attitude when I reminded her I ordered a footlong. Also the drink machine was out of order. I know it’s a gas station Subway but come on.

I never like to stop anywhere 15 minutes before they close especially a food place but unfortunately I was starving and didn’t want to drive into town . It was 8:41pm when I arrived and they already had the doors locked and the gate down from the station…there was a boy sweeping and if he would had just aknowledged me and sorry I’ve already closed up or something I probably wouldn’t even be saying anything but he didn’t even look at me. I was very disappointed..if he had only known I would had ordered something very simple…but anyway that’s why only 1 ⭐…if your business advertises that it’s open to 9 than u should stay open till 9..I’m bummed…

Kayla was working alone, however she was quite capable of serving everyone in the Restaurant at the time. Our Sandwiches were prepared as ordered. The Restaurant itself was clean including but not limited to the food preparation area. Kayla had plenty of Customers to assist but took care of everyone and not one person had any complaints. This has been my experience with other Staff during other visits. Keep in mind this is connected to a MOBIL with other Amenities and Conveniences.
