Made door dash order:
I ordered $50 of food, the dasher picked up order and the vehicle broke down , so was unable to deliver , door dash refunded money and tried to reorder again.
They told one dasher that they refused to remakethe order, but did not cancel the order. Then another dasher showed up to get our order, they again refused to make for them. Door dash tried to call the store and thy did not answer. Went up to the store to ask what the issue was.
Macon store: “called the owner and they said not to remake the order because they had to eat the $50 and your changed order”
*****yes because you said that you didnt have cookies when tried to be re-order. It is not our fault that the dasher broke down, and then we were using that money to go back into your store. They said they can not give out information of who the store owner is.
We usually order subway at least 1-2 times a week which are $50-60 orders, and because something we couldn’t control they refused to remake the order because they had to eat $50 and wouldn’t fulfill the cookie order because that would leave them with no cookies so this is why the order was not the same amount.

It was fast service and helpful. There is one unisex bathroom that is rather small, but was clean. Parking is right in front. Subway is located in strip mall next to Mexican restaurant. I would visit again when I am in Macon.

We ordered online and picked up in store. The tuna was extremely dry and the veggies were layered badly to the point it was ripping apart and falling apart. There was no flavor at all. We chose not to eat it. We took it home and gave our animals a treat. I won’t order from this location anymore as we’ve given them a few chances and never left even slightly happy. We’ll drive to Bevier and go to the Love’s subway.

First, I notified the nice older gentleman that a roach just crawled over the glass into the food area. I did it softly so that a scene was not made. He was kind and immediately looked for the problem. At checkout, the lady working (would not give me her name), 40ish… was so rude. I had a 17.99 coupon and it was 29 and change. She just kept saying they don’t have a button for that so that’s how she has to ring it up. She actually walked away from me when I was asking how a 17.99 coupon has 10 dollars in taxes. After a few minutes and her saying extremely rude things under her breath, she rang it up as 17.99 and said “THERE YOU GO, NOW I HAVE TO EXPLAIN THIS TO MY MANAGER AND NOW I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE LOST MONEY”. She made a scene where there didn’t need to be one. It was unnecessary.

This was the friendliest Subway we have been in. The interaction among staff was fun. The service was fast and my server was jovial. I was smiling when I walked out. Good job.

We stopped here while driving home from Thanksgiving holiday. I’ve never had such a good time in a subway. The delightful women behind the counter really made my day. Lots of laughter and a great sub too.

I have lunch here almost every day and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I dislike is that the corporation took away the shredded mozzarella cheese. The fresh mozzarella that is used now is not that good it is too thick and doesn’t melt well on a sandwich for the amount of time for toasting the sandwich.

There was a roach running around the food area. I quietly told the older gentleman, and he tried to find it. When I was checking out,I was using a 3 subs for 17.99 coupon. The lady rang me up and said it would be 29 and change. I told her that the sandwiches were not on the “excluded” list, so that was a lot of tax. She immediately got rude and said she didn’t have a button for it, and that’s how she has to ring it up. Again, I explained that it should be 17.99 and tax. This isn’t right. She walked away from me, saying extremely rude comments under her breath. When she came back, she raised her voice and said “FINE, 19 DOLLARS (and change) AND NOW I HAVE TO EXPLAIN TO MY MANAGER AND I WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE DIFFERENCE”. I asked her name and she yelled at me NO ONE. Still not wanting to make a bigger scene, I took my sandwiches and left. My special needs son was with me and very upset that she was so “mad and rude” and he asked me to not go in there anymore. I was so unprepared for someone in food service to treat a customer with utter disrespect and distain.

This subway is so much better then the surrounding towns I have to choose from hands down. Their customer service is ALWAYS wonderful and their actual food is too! Always fresh, always just how I order it, and really tastes better then the 2 in my own town. MUCH better! Please don’t change a thing, you all have a great subway! It’s a nice thing to be greated so wonderfully after a long day of work by such nice people AND my food is never disappointing!
