Some of the rudest workers I’ve seen. I went through the drive through and she immediately came over the intercom and said it would be a minute. Nothing else was said and of course I said take your time. Well 10 minutes later still haven’t been helped so I said excuse me and hello a few times. Had to back up and go back over the sensor to finally get them to answer (was super short the entire time).

Very upset with my experience. 1/3 sandwiches were right.
I understand having to wait, as long as my sandwich is done right. Which is was not. Pretty simple order, Ordered the smoked brisket×2, which is NOT cheap! Said 2 times I wanted it with everything in the picture plus onions. This is what I got (in picture)
**I did eat half of it because I was starving, but there wasn’t even the cheese!! I’m sure if I drove back into town they would have made it right, but I was already home before I got the chance to eat **

I placed an order on the app during lunch on a busy and beautiful Friday afternoon. There was an error (probably made by me when ordering) with the toppings on two of the sandwiches. We realized that they weren’t right after we got home. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager to ask if we could have the sandwiches remade. He was kind, understanding and happy to correct the error. The new sandwich were waiting for me when I returned to Subway. I sincerely appreciate how the situation was handled by the manager. He is doing a great job!

Ordered online 30 minutes before they started making it. Sat in the store while they made everyone else’s sandwiches, even people walking in the door. Two older ladies with no care in the world for others time.

as a former subway employee myself i can not believe the way they run their business here. i was told they had no artisan Italian bread, they did. they used the incorrect amount of food on the sandwiches, which left them either under filled or overflowing. only two people were in the proper uniform, and they weren’t even greeting costumers. normally i would have pinned it off on a “they’re probably having an off day.” but with how many mistakes they made i couldn’t. the store was very dirty. they used the wrong bread, which was underbaked. the wrong amount of food. toasting items even though i said no. and just poor service. not to mention overcharging us because we “added pepperoni,” i know that pepperoni does not up the price by $5!! oh, not to mention we sat in the drive through for about ten minutes before giving up. i wouldn’t recommend going here.

Our sandwiches were good pretty tasty. Unfortunately their warmer was broken that was fine because they said they could warm up the meatballs and cheese in the microwave. I said that’s what I wanted but then they put the meatballs and cheese on the sandwich and I said oh wait, can I have that warmed up and she rolled her eyes and took her gloves off and put them in the microwave safe bowl.I got mine and then when the same thing happened with my friend, they looked at each other and rolled their eyes again. Not the best customer service. I will continue to come to this subway, because my previous experiences here were fine. Maybe the staff will have better attitudes next time.

If I could give no stars, I would. I like to give everybody a chance, but this is now my 4th attempt in 6 months time to have good service from this Subway Location. Twice I pulled up to order and was told to please wait. After waiting 10+ minutes and having no other people in line, I am pulled to the window to order. Once there the employees seemed too busy horsing around with each other to do their jobs. Today I pull up to the board and was again asked to wait, there were two cars ahead of me. I sat there for 5 minutes and finally got to place my order. I was told to pull around to get my total. Again looking inside the window I see 3 employees horsing around. 3 people can’t make 3 sandwiches in a timely manner?? Then a girl comes to the window and asks what my order was again and then gives me a total, so obviously she hadn’t entered it before when I was at the board. Grand total 16 minutes between arrival and getting food with only 2 other customers ahead of me.

As far as Subways go, it doesn’t stand out really in the crowd. Unfortunately, for the day that I went in, they had limited bread options, so I wasn’t able to get exactly what I wanted, but everybody still was pretty content with what they got. Here in Kirksville, the Subway does get less traffic just because of their higher prices without a step-up in quality or quantity. The staff were really nice, but I could fully understand an individual’s hesitation to not eat here when compared to the prices of other nearby establishments. I know that this is less of a problem of this franchised restaurant individually, but more on the company as a whole, but it does make it hard to justify the trip in for something to eat.

I made an online order of 4 subs. 2 of them were correct. 1 of the incorrect ones didn’t even have the cheese and the other I paid for double meat but didn’t get it. On top of that the middle aged woman acted like she was inconvenienced just having someone there. She even rolled her eyes when asked if they had bottles of soda since the machine is down. As she was preparing my pick up order she haphazardly tossed the chips and cookies around. Add on that I stood there a while before anyone even acknowledged that I was in the place. They were not noticably busy so this level of unprofessionalism was uncalled for and off-putting. I’m at least giving 2 stars because my daughter raved about how perfect her turkey sandwich was.
