We stopped for lunch before our very long 10 hr trip home. The sandwich artist was the only one working. She handled herself well and kept customers informed as we waited patiently. As the line grew longer the closer to lunch she got she held strong. Pinkie was the name on her hat.

They are out of types of bread. Out of avocado. Out of other Ingredients. Not so fast as expected, so it’s a slow service as well. Food was ok. People are nice. But not the subway that I would get at other place.

Not enough chicken to make a foot long chicken bacon ranch today so bought only a 6″. Very very limited choice of bread!! Sandwich makers were not very pleasant. Hubby’s drink order was not heard and had to be fulfilled and paid for separately. Many tables were dirty at noon time.

Great service the workers doing an excellent job. Also have a few places to sit with signs that you flip over when you leave so it shows if table is clean or not. Wish every restaurant had these!

Subway overall in the area is a 1 star. Use to be a 5 star all day long. Getting rid of the rib and brisket subs were the reasons for going. Was a big mistake not to make them permanent. I have only two subs I like and when I get tired of them I switched to one of these listed. From eating there 3-4x a week for a few years I now go maybe once or twice a month.The owner in my location is a cheap scape. Dont accept discounts or promo offers. Also what done it for me was when they started putting the meat in small bowls instead of using a scooper. Which is suppose to be per scoop but doesn’t even add up to a full scoop when using the bowls. Have to get double the meat just to get a decent amount of meat. (Chicken,steak) Bring the rib and brisket back and the scooper!!!

This is the better of the two subway restaurants in hannibal. Lucee is my favorite person to make my sandwich. She does them so neatly and presentable plus she is always in a great mood. Keep up the good work!

Friendly staff. Staff disappears if the front door unless the front door dings. Efficient and fast due to being right next to hospital more than likely. Food displayed very nicely in containers. Soda fountain free from debris and sticky stuff.
