Not joking, this is the 6th time my order has not been toasted after even putting it in the extra notes area the previous time. Once again it’s not toasted. I don’t understand why it is so difficult to read a ticket. Your job is reading the ticket and making the food. It’s not that hard. The completely empty business during lunch speaks volumes too the management. Will not be back. Ever.

The girl, K, working the counter was clearly in the middle of a mental health crisis. My friends and I became very concerned when she told us in a very agitated tone that she was worried she shouldn’t be at work and mentioned a psychiatric hold. We told the cashier in the adjoining gas station and she called the manager, Kelly Rudy. We were then informed that Kelly told the cashier that K was not permitted to leave until the end of her shift at 5:30. The cashier was extremely kind and helpful, promised to keep an eye on K, and even went back and talked to her for a few minutes to make sure she wasn’t in immediate danger. I’ve never witnessed such disgusting neglect of an employee’s mental health and wellbeing as I did today. I truly hope Kelly is removed from her position and that someone who actually cares about the wellbeing of their employees replaces her.

Love subways healthy choices and options but I do miss the deals like 5 dollar footlong. However, recently this subway has not been getting any curbside orders right. Sandwiches missing components that are necessary. Drinks that are wrong as well. Its mostly the subs that are wrong. We had no cheese on the nacho cheese sub and had even asked to add extra cheese and double protein. This has happened before when ordering curbside but not when ordering inside mostly because we can correct if something is missing. Employees should be trained on what each sub has then adjust according to ticket specifications.

A women name Kelley took my order at 3:15 and she was highly rude had a very big attitude about the amount sandwich’s we ordered three and was very rushy in the process of making the sandwiches the sandwiches were very poorly made and we got double charged for topping

Had a order ready for curbside at 6:40 currently 7:30 and the one person working didn’t even try going outside to give me my order. I understand she could of been busy but you could most definitely tell the people in line you have a curbside order you need to run out that ordered ahead of time and you would be right back but apparently the customer service skills here weren’t on par to other places I’ve been to. Will be contacting corporate this place is a mess how do you run a restaurant with one person working?!

Not sure of the young lady who was working tonight, 6/2/23. I believe her name was Feebe (sp?) but I sure hope that whoever manages and owns this store knows that they have one hell of a hard working employee. She was swamped and kept getting people by the 3’s coming in the door when we came in for our online order. She didn’t flinch or even turn around and go hide. She held her head high and knocked all kinds of sandwiches out and smiled the whole time. Great job young lady!

Love this Subway have the best bread of all Subways we have been to. Know it is frozen bread but whatever they do it is always softer & better than other subways. The 2 regular employees are super friendly & efficient!

Food is usually good.. however… one person working every. Single. Time. I go in there. I get a 30 minutes break from work & it’s super annoying. Usually out of something.. whether it’s bread, a certain meat or veggies…
4 of us are currently standing in line & he has to stop to make an “online order”… if they are going to continue to take orders online.. they should employ a worker to do those & one to wait on customers. I know what subway workers get paid… so I think with what you charge for one sandwich.. u can employ 2 freaking workers to crank them out. Uuugghhhh frustrating. I’m about to leave & go to Dairy Queen.

We tried the 5 dollar footling nachos. They are more like an appetizer, but they do not disappoint! Also, employee Terrell has returned to their workforce, and he is the greatest employee that they have ever hired!!

horrible. requested a toasted sandwich and did get it. Ordered a steak and cheese which at minimum is supposed to be warmed/microwaved and nothing. absolutely ridiculous. never once had a correct sandwich from this location and now i have a ice cold steak and cheese double meat in the trash because they can’t make sandwiches right. i worked at subway for 4 years and have never seen such a horrible looking sandwich…it wasn’t even just my sandwich. two other sandwiches were butchered as well in my group..they at least got to eat theirs. NEVER USE THE APP. THEY DONT READ
