I work close to this one, but I go to another one further away. The service was ok. I got the young man who was on his first day. He cool, sandwich wasn’t perfect but that was ok, everyone has their just day in the job. My big issue was the sign that had posted that they were not taking part in the coupon offers that are going around including on the app. I know these are franchise & locally owned. However, I’m used to seeing this in the city inner city where they’re trying to make more profit on folks who can’t go far or don’t have transportation. If you can take part in the promotions going on, you might need to reexamine if this is the right business for you.

I made an online order at 5 pm on a Friday night and it was 2 sandwiches to be ready by 5:25. Got there at 5:30 to pick up the order and the store was out of bread so they said it would be another 20 minutes. 40 minutes later, our sandwiches were finally made after going inside after 30 minutes wondering why they still weren’t ready. The. immediately staff stopped making their own food and started making our sandwiches. There’s no reason for bread to run out if staff is paying attention to when it’s getting low during the day. A 20 minute wait time turned into an hour, and it’s just ridiculous.

They were so damn slow it was crazy. How are you only going to have one high school kid in there working that was busting his butt, but there were way too many people for the poor guy to keep up. He sure tried though. It was lunch time as well. Subway you should be ashamed of yourself for working an employee like that and making your customers wait like that. A few people walked out. I stayed because the kid was giving it his best with what he was working with! So please recognize your young man that works there with brown hair and glasses. He was very pleasant considering. I will never go back and it is sure not because of him.

One of the worst subway experiences I’ve had. One employee wasn’t even in uniform.l, and kept touching his hair and pulling up his pants with his gloves on that he was using to make my food. This place wad also quite dirty and the service was terrible. Employees kept talking about when they had to leave and obviously didn’t know what they were doing. Definitely didn’t make me happy and had to wait at least 15 minutes just for them to make a simple wrap. If you need to get a quick bite to eat for lunch, stay away. This is not somewhere I’d ever come again.

I’ll give it a 5 star not because we had to go in twice to get our order right but because when we did go in they were very apologetic and fixed our orders quickly and the manager inside greeted us and had already known what the problem was when she saw us. Thanks for owning up and going above and beyond! This is a great location!
P.s my dad was the one who initially went in to get the subs and he has a heavy accent so I can understand if there was some miscommunication.

This once weekly place for lunch is off the table for me. I placed on online order and went in it wasn’t ready. I asked this heavy set women with colored hair and she said they didn’t have any online orders. I proceeded to confirm the address and provided my receipt which she replied they did not have it. I then read the order number to her and after again denying it she walked to the computer and actually checked and surprise it was there! My next interaction I placed an online order asking for light mayo and mustard when I opened my sandwich it was covered completely in the most sauce I have ever seen clearly out of spite. Also no napkins in my bag so it was a mess I took a few bites and three away the rest. To add insult to injury the owner does not honor BOGO coupons and there is a sign complaining he can’t find workers. Based on the talent he has I’m sure with the wages they are offering they are getting the bottom of the barrel. I’ll save my money for any other sandwich place before I go here again.

Don’t see the point of placing an order online when the two men in line got through the line faster than me waiting on an online order that was place 15 min before I showed up. Thanks for wasting my time.
They also took my wrap and threw it in the microwave. Now my wrap is crispy and not soft like a wrap should be. This location is horrible and dont care about the quality of their food.

I ordered Ultima BMT toasted and wasn’t toasted and asked for vinager n oil and they put Italian dressing on it nasty said something and just walked away
