They are never open on time. Opening an hour after the time on the door most times. I ordered a sandwich online this morning. That was supposed to be ready by 8:45. They open at 8 o’clock. When I got there at 8:44 the lights were off and the manager was just filling the station. I knocked on the door and she ignored me. I was running late for work and was relying on this food to get me through until lunchtime. So I had to leave without food and without being able to ask for a refund. I had to call the store multiple times to ask for a refund.. If this was just one or two times that this has happened, it wouldn’t be a big deal but I have eaten Subway almost every day for a couple of months and I’ve had to go to a different subway because they just don’t open on time. Either change the hours or get new management because that is ridiculous.

The WORST subway sandwich I have ever eaten. How OLD is your BREAD??!????? My white bread was not toasted so no mistake- it was so old that the thick part just crumbled into sawdust when I bit into it and end 1/3 portion was so tough couldn’t even bite into it. This is EAT FRESH????

Grabbed a couple subs to go over the summer and the traditional bread was noticeably stale. To the point where no employee should serve it. Saw the footlong special yesterday and gave it one more try. The bread was once again stale and even worse this time. Recent reviews are concerning at this store. We won’t be back for sure.

My boyfriend just showed my list which was a BACON egg and cheese wrap. I didn’t get bacon…. how can you show someone a bacon egg and cheese wrap and everything you want on it but forget the BACON? I paid EIGHT DOLLARS for an egg onion and black olive wrap????????

Cashier handles money with gloves on, no sanitation, messes up orders and needs tons of correction to get it right. Simply put, they don’t care. Save yourself the headache and drive five minutes to the next exit to get food at the one in Troy. The Moscow Mills one can’t even put cheese on a sandwich or cut it halfway correctly.

Not for Sure where to Start???? Pulled in around 7:10 pm on Sunday night. 3 police officers walk out and the 2 girls shut off the lights. Open sign was still on. My wife walks in and asks if there still Open? The young lady snarled at my wife and said yes,as she was putting up the chair’s. I guess we won’t be eating it there.
We ordered, the tattooed girl behind the counter was RUDE and didn’t give a darn if we was there. She snapped at us for the ingredients we wanted. Very rude at Checking us out. The couple behind us was asking questions and was getting the rude glare !! The other girl was very rude in trying to sweep around us. Our sandwich was ok. But the other couple was complaining to us that there sandwich was not very good.
The sign says closing at 8 pm. I guess they need to change their sign. I wouldn’t want my name on the door as owner if I wasn’t going to provide better service. I see I’m not the only one who has had problems there. Never to return to that Subway. Hopefully Subway takes notice of the reviews!!

The sandwich was terrible. The sandwich maker was clearly not interested in being at work and had no desire to assist me with the complimentary cookie I was to receive for completing the online survey. She said she didn’t know how to right it up and she would have to ask her manager. Ok, go ask either of the other 2 people working with you. Nope. Can’t do it. So, good for you, I did another survey from that visit and I’m sure we can all guess what those scores looked like. Oh, the floor was filthy and the store was in disarray.

I was told by the young lady there that I was not able to use my coupon for 2 footlong for 12.99 on my sandwhich which was sweet onion chicken teriyaki. She said there was a list of sandwiches you could get… I didn’t even look at the sandwiches because I dint eat anything other than the sweet onion chicken teriyaki and I was so confused because that has NEVER been a premium sandwhich…and it has never not been something you could use with the coupon. Then the young lady proceeded to tell me that they get punished if they use the coupon on a sandwhich that’s not approved and the loss of $ of product gets taken out of their check. This is a DISPICABLE business practice and I hate that I’m finding more franchises that do this. Idk how that’s legal but needless to say I won’t be here again.
