Everytime I come in here there’s only 1 worker. They are always swamped between mobile orders and in store orders which tends to make them be in a poor mood (understandable). But my food is also always overcooked or undercooked, and I get charged for things I didn’t order. I’ve worked at a subway 4+ years. I know how a sandwich should be made and cooked and I promise most of these workers don’t do it correctly. Train them better and get better help. They don’t change their gloves after handling cash or making another’s persons food. Half the time they don’t have visors (I’ve found hair in my food numerous times) I watched a girl blow her nose with gloves on then just throw the napkin away and try to continue making an order (I told her to change her gloves and she laughed and said “wow I can’t believe I almost did that”)

I truly felt sorry for the young girl. She was backed up with online orders, had customers walk out before ordering because online takes presidence over in store customers. She was trying to run it all alone, as two employees walked out on her, & she was doing her best. They charge for extra meats ( they are normal yet you get charged. I requested extra specifically for my husband.) guacamole isn’t the right color & tastes way off. I do not think until they get this store better staff to help this young lady, and do better at portions, & checking the time on how long cheeses, and condiments have been out, I honestly do not believe that we will return to this specific store again.

Regularly skimming on the meat and cheese even if you pay for extra. It’s comparatively less meat and cheese compared to other Subways. Plus, they don’t take coupons (that were mailed to us) if you go in store.

Worst Subway on the planet. No lettuce or pickels. How does a Subway run out of Lettuce and pickels. Don’t go there on Wednesday because the girl says the food delivery is on Thursday. Happen all the time. Maybe corporate should teach them how to run a business.

This place is garbage barely put any meat or chz on my sandwich over priced bs. Wanted tea the lady was to lazy to fix the machine.. I got robbed from this place 40 dollars and some sorry a$$ sandwiches.. horrible service and overpriced food.. went again today same lazy person who barely puts cheese on your sandwich or anything at that matter then overcharged me for my sandwiches and I didn’t catch it till I got home.. plus still no tea made.. the one girl that works Sunday mornings is PATHETIC.. horrible management horrible service place is a joke for real I’m not going back there ever..

Just went in and ordered food. The younger lady was nice, but the older woman behind the counter was extremely rude & had poor customer service. I was tempted to leave them with my already made sandwiches and go somewhere else. Won’t be visiting this Subway location again anytime soon.
