This place has gone way downhill in the past 6 months. It was amazing last summer & fall… not sure what happened! They’re consistently out of things and what the do have out looks like it’s been sitting there several hours. The inside isn’t clean. Tonight we went and they were out of several meats and vegetables. Like, cool, your over priced bags of chips are well stocked … I bet you can’t buy the meats outside of the internal ordering system, but if you’re out of vegetables, send one of the employees to the grocery store. I only bought the food so I didn’t hear my kid yell the entire way home or where ever else we went to get dinner.

I usually love this location but tonight not so much ; employees acted like they were not happy and what sandwich stop does not have spicy mustard? I ordered 2 footlong & 1 6 inch and our sandwiches were not very warm and my chicken was cold a little in certain areas and I only live 2 minutes away. It’s so frustrating these days , people do not smile !

This subway has been an awful experience. One worker brings her friends and I watch them go in and out of the back. Not to mention waiting for one of them to just come out and serve me. I don’t usually mind the wait but one female worker takes forever to make one sandwich. The order usually gets messed up nearly every time. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this has happen so many times.

This subway sucks. Every time I come they mess something up. I ordered broccoli cheddar soup, she said it would be ready in 5 minutes. It’s been way longer than that. Also she waited to tell me until after I paid that it was loaded potato soup that they were making.

There are new employees here fairly often, so it sometimes gets backed up during lunch. I haven’t ever had my food messed up though, and the staff is friendly.
