Ordered cold combo with everything on white and with provolone cheese I was given one slice of bologna one slice of turkey on slice of ham couldn’t tell the difference in the 3 they all looked the same thank goodness I asked for everything on it or my sandwich would of been 1/4 inch thick 10.29 for a sandwich that wouldn’t satisfy a kindergarteners hunger I googled image of the sandwich and amount of meat that should on it not even remotely close don’t come here expecting to get what you expect by the photo on the menu you will be dissatisfied and disappointed been eating subway since Jared lost weight and his freedom

Hours are listed at the location as being open til 9pm. We arrived at 810, and their open sign was still on.
The girl working had already locked up, and ignored us after we had got her attention.
If you don’t want to be open duriny your posted hours, you should change your hours and turn your open sign off.

Once I placed my order using the BOGO $1 coupon online, I received an email immediately after that my order had been cancelled. Fortunately, one of the subway workers called and to let me know that the coupon I used was not honored at that location (despite Subway’s app listing Schuetz Road as an eligible location). In the past, this location has been fine otherwise.

Store is straight TRASH. Ordered a buy one get one subway on app. They don’t participate in the subway promotions provided on app. In the interim I paid. They called saying they don’t participate with the online deals. Therefore I will be refunded my money. Hello what about dinner tonight? Have to wait for it to be processed. Store should not be available online if not taking promotions

Had the worst experience. The manager is horrible and was met with a horrible attitude. Use to love this location as its close to my job but since new management changed this is the worst subway way I ever been to and I got food poisoning from another location

Store canceled my order….said the discount code that the app accepted and charged me for was not accepted at that store even though it was accepted when I ordered it from that store. And the discount was like maybe $2. I’m just not sure why they didn’t just make the sandwich and reported to the subway App people. This has happened before this store it’s just not a very well-run store and it’s a shame because it’s in such a great location.

This is the first time I ate at this Subway. I walked in and was instantly greeted by two crew members. The store was immaculate as far as cleanliness goes. The employees were wearing masks. The men’s room was spotless and everything was in working condition which is rare for a public restroom. My sandwich was exactly the way I wanted it and the chips on display were nice and organized as well as the drinks in the drink machine. This all surprised me because most Subways I’ve been to the chips are all scattered everywhere and the drink machine looks like a football team ransacked it. Tony is the one who made my sandwich and he was awesome! Thanks guys! Keep up the great work! Other Subway owners should come here so they can see how a Subway should be ran.
