I arrived at your Subway location on 9/4/25 at 7:38 p.m. and wanted to order a chopped salad. Unfortunately, the employee refused to make it, stating that the store closes at 8:00 p.m. I asked if the chopped salad had been discontinued, and she replied no, but that she just wanted to leave right at 8:00 p.m.
I was very disappointed with this response. I have always enjoyed coming to this location and have never had any issues with my orders in the past. I do not believe it is fair to refuse a customer’s order well before closing time, especially for a menu item that is still being offered.

The women that work here are kind enough that the customer service doesn’t bother me but they put little to no effort into making sandwiches or at least for online orders. They are very sloppy and thrown together. Also the bread is rarely ever full cooked causing it to not have any structure

I was initially impressed with the sandwich; it was made perfectly and tasted great. However, my experience took a turn for the worse when, on my third bite, I discovered a long strand of hair in my mouth. This was my first visit to this location, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I plan to contact the health department about this incident, as I doubt I’m the only customer who has encountered such an issue.

2.5 years ago when I last reviewed this place it was terrible. I went back today to give it another try and they’ve really turned it around!! Their veggies were fresh, tea is actually brewed for the first time in years. And the lady who made my sub did a fantastic job! Expert sandwich artist.

The guy that made my sandwich was the only person working and he was on the ball. He knew how to multitask and assisted all 5 customers very well in an orderly fashion. I wish I could remember his name. He was working Monday 6/27/22 around 12:30 pm. To that employee I say kudos to you. You are great at your job and I hope you receive the recognition from your supervisor that you deserve. To the owner I would like to say – pay your people (who deserve it such as this guy) a better wage because you don’t want to lose him when it’s already hard enough to find hard working and dedicated talent in this world of lazy and entitled workers. Had there not been a line I would have recruited him to come work for me and more than likely paid him better than what he’s making. He’s definitely worth it from the experience I had. Thus, my 5 star reviews is directed towards the service I received from him alone in addition to watching how he managed 5 individual orders back to back from start to finish by himself without becoming agitated, overwhelmed and unfriendly. Keep up the good work!

BRAVO and great job ! Y’all hit a grand slam for me ! Placed order for delivery expecting much less than 5 stars and for my order to be screwed up based upon many other types of fast food delivery in the past. I had to find this location to make sure someone there knows how much I appreciated their efforts today at making my life better and dare I say the best Subway sandwich ever dine in or delivery. There are two younger guys that are usually there when I go, and they are both super kind, prompt, and skillful and patient while fulfilling my detailed sandwich needs. I just ordered a sandwich there this evening a little after five, so I hope the owner reads this and can figure out who I’m talking about. Didn’t bother to get their names. Anyway, I hope the franchisee is treating their people well because the store looks amazing and the service is incredible.

I ordered a giant party sub here online for a work event and I was very impressed by their service! I asked for all my veggies on the side because I knew everyone liked different veggies and wow did they deliver. They put a large amount of each veggie in small containers and loaded them in a cardboard box so it was easier for me to carry. I went in a few minutes early and everything was ready and the man who serviced me was very polite. Got in and out super quick and I am overall super impressed with the whole transaction.
