I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. From the moment I walked in, I was not greeted. I even tried to be friendly and asked the workers how their day was going, but no one responded, even though they looked right at me. When it came to ordering, they didn’t even ask what kind of meat I wanted — they just chose one themselves. When I politely asked for a different option, they caught an attitude.
On top of that, my sandwich wasn’t cut all the way down the middle and everything felt rushed. When I paid, they didn’t even want to give me a receipt. I had to go back inside to request one, and when I finally got it, the number listed on the receipt was out of service. To make matters worse, when I left, no one said “thank you” or “have a nice day.”
I spent $37 here and was treated poorly from start to finish. Customer service makes a big difference, and unfortunately this visit left a very negative impression.

Subway had a Promotion for a free sub on July 11 2023 from 10-12am. I got there at 10:03 and there was a sign on the door stating all free sandwiches given out. Ok this was at 10:03am
I asked the employee how could you be out of sandwiches and the promotion started at 10am? She says the Manager started at 9am so his regular customers and construction workers get the sandwiches instead. Ok I get it, but I drove there to get a free sandwich at the time listed. This was a nationwide promotion, not your personal preference. I’m sure you got reimbursed for the sandwiches from Cooperate. You are definitely wrong for that. I rather you not participate in the promotion then do some dirty dealings.

I have to say, this is THE best subway definitely in north county but possibly the stl area. Super clean, super fast and friendly. Literally hospital clean every time you go. The family that owns it is so nice and they genuinely smile every time I come in. Love this place. Food is always the best I get from subway too

This use to be my go to store but after going there last week paying $14 for a footling and not being able to get the other footlong BOGO I will not waist my time or money at this location. How are you a store to give token but you don’t accommodate the coupons or tokens. They lost my business. I made sure I did the review on the receipt as well I won’t be back.

I visited around 4:40 pm on 12/18/2021. There was a very polite, well spoken, young man working. I think he was new because I’ve never seen him before. Normally when you go to most fast food places, the workers are just trying to get through their shift. I get it. It’s just a job. But it’s a nice change of pace when a worker seems to be appreciative of your patronage which this young man seemed to be. For once I didn’t have to strain to understand what someone was asking. By the way, my meatball sandwich was great!

This location is yet another one that refuses to take their own company corporate issued coupons and the employees seem to have overall bad attitudes. Franchise owners are citing rising food costs as the reason and claims that corporate is “being greedy.” Since franchise owners aren’t required to accept coupons many are not doing so. Does this actually hurt corporate? Absolutely not, the customer suffers and is literally paying the cost for this fued. Unhappy franchise owners need to work with corporate to come up with a solution that equally satisfies all parties. The truth is franchise owners should be made to honor these coupons. If they refuse then they obviously don’t need to own a Subway. The subs are already mediocre compared to their competition. They need to get it together for the sake of the customers. Most of these places fail to recognize that without customers their doors would close.

Person making sandwich didn’t know a lot about what was needed, second person didn’t put all requested veggies on or cut correctly, plus bread was not cooked correctly, still doughy in center ND unappetizing to say the least. Could not go back as construction prohibited and had an appointment in Rockford I’ll. So just a bad experience overall.
