Im not going to go into great detail but I can honestly say I will never step foot in this location ever again. Basically paid 12 for some bread. And the gentleman working the counter was just depressing the way he acted. Nothing but a waste of time and money. Im trying to be kind as possible here I should of just walked out after he made this sub if you can even call it that. Lost my business for good

My sandwich was 95% bread. The very small bit of lettuce, tomato, and cucumber on it was not fresh at all, brown and soggy. The cold cuts were discolored as well. The 2 cookies I ordered were both hard as rocks clearly made days ago as I ordered at 11am, if made same day they would be soft. If you’re looking to “Eat Fresh”, choose a different location.

Absolutely the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. I have been here twice now where the Indian manager or owner or whatever has been extremely rude. He not only has overcharged me both times, but also he refuses to make it how WE want it, but instead he makes it according to subway’s version only and when we ask to add something or leave it off he gets irritated and says you will have to pay extra for it.
Today all i asked for was salad bowl with turkey, salami, provolone and vegetables. Simple right? He got irritated how its not shown on the menu and as he goes to make it, I tell him the first protein option and on the second protein, he stopped and said i couldn’t and had to pick one. He finally allowed it after i said Ill just pay whatever extra fee he discretioned. ended up paying 15$ for a small uncut salad. If you look carefully at the proteins menu that subway has there clearly is a protein option called “Cold Cut Combo Meats”. He charged me for each meat individually. Will not return.

The Indian manager tried charging me an extra 5 dollars for the happy Gilmore meal. Asked for the happy cup which was available and proceeded to tell me he doesn’t have that cup. Very skimpy portions and looked like he was suddenly going to go bankrupt if I got one more vegetable on my sandwich. I was the only one in the restaurant and he sat behind me most of the time talking on the phone until I left. What is your deal? I just wanted a sandwich and the stupid cup?

We ordered two sandwiches on the app here a few days ago. When I arrived at the shop a little after 8 (they were supposed to close at 9) my order was due to be ready… whoever was running it that night had decided to close up shop early. They got our money, but we didn’t get our sandwiches. I wasn’t too worried about it at that point… I ended up getting us dinner elsewhere. We called this location the next day, and the guy who answered had a strong accent and was very rude. He didn’t seem to care about the situation at all. He was full of attitude, and he was more concerned over the fact that he “just got there.” Now, after some deliberation, we were reluctantly promised a refund.. but that never happened. We even emailed corporate and have received nothing. Never order from this location. They like scamming you for your money.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Placed our order through the app for a buy one get one footling for 1$ the coupon was only available through the app which I used. Once the order was placed it was canceled because the manager refused to honor the coupon. Will never go to this subway again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve never had such a ridiculous experience at a Subway in my life. We walked in expecting to build our sandwiches the way we like—like literally every other Subway on the planet—but the guy behind the counter (an Indian man, if that helps ID him) acted like we were asking for something insane. He flat-out refused to make custom sandwiches. Isn’t that the entire point of Subway?
He was rude, dismissive, and acted like we were bothering him just by being there. No customer service skills, no flexibility, no basic courtesy. It honestly felt like he was just looking for an excuse to do the bare minimum and get us out of there.
This location is a complete joke. Avoid it unless you enjoy being treated like trash and told you can’t have the sandwich your way at the place that literally advertises that slogan. Never coming back.

The owner is rude, i ask a simple question and he starts complaining and rambling to me like I’m stupid- he even repeats the answer to the question multiple times after i say i understand, i get it, yes, mhm, i know. Every time i go he happens to be there and he acts like IM the issue when he doesn’t hear what I’m saying (when i am speaking louder than i usually do). I try to be nice, but im hungry and i want my sandwich not him mumbling under his breath about me.

The only reason I left the star is because I have to. This is the second time in a month that I have came to this location 2864 Telegraph road. On Google it clearly states you do not close until 9:00 p.m. this is the second time I’ve been here in a month, been told by the same employee that they are closed. The first time I came here, it was only 7:30 in the evening! Why does it say you close at 9:00 p.m. and every time I come here, the store is closing!?!?!
I will make sure that I get a hold of your franchise manager, and let him know about this. I am clearly being lied to because your employee wants to go home early. This is coming from somebody who has worked in the service industry all her life, and this is not how you treat your customers at all! Clearly you don’t want to be open for long do you!?
