I absolutely love this Subway in Kirkwood. I’ll go out of my way just to stop here because the experience is always that good. The owners are incredibly friendly and genuinely welcoming—it feels like catching up with old friends every time I walk in. They always remember me and even follow up on things we’ve chatted about in the past, which makes it feel personal and warm.
I usually get the Spicy Italian and they make it perfectly every single time. The ingredients are always fresh and crisp, and I’ve never had a bad sandwich here. It’s that consistency and the great people that keep me coming back.
Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for more than just a sandwich—it’s truly a bright spot in Kirkwood.

I am not usually the one to complain, I understand that businesses get busy and quality and times can slip, but today was a disappointment to say the least. I placed a mobile order and arrived to the store a few minutes before it said I’d be ready ( it said I’d be 30 minutes before it would be ready when I ordered) . I walked in and waited in line behind two people which took about 10 minutes my app then said the order was ready. I proceeded to see the employee give free items to the two people in front of me. When I came to the front of the line I told her I had a mobile order and she said I’d need to sit down and wait as she hasn’t started it yet. I ended up getting my food 20 minutes after the app said it was ready and a whole hour after an originally ordered it, I was not even given a sorry for the wait!

DONT come here these people are tapping themselves if you don’t notice or take ur receipt. I got a 6 inch sandwich which I know after tax is about 6-7$ they were trying to tip themselves 13$. I will never pay with my phone or card again! And you shouldn’t either. Then they tried to gaslight me and say I clicked the tip!! This is insane I’m speak to hr about this cause who knows how many people they are doing this too.!!

Such great service! Our sandwiches were made fresh and tasted delicious, and Rajitha was so intentional and kind. I totally did not expect such a good experience at this little local Subway but my day was made by stopping by this location and being personally seen and cared for by the employees. Rajitha and Kris are fantastic owners and members of the community. They are always friendly and welcoming when I stop in for my usual. They also remember my order! Their tuna is ALWAYS fresh and never runny or brown (I’ve experienced this at other Subways in the area). Best subway around. I think it’s because it is family owned and they put time and effort into making their sandwiches. We have ordered from here many times over the years and are never disappointed. The prices are fair unlike places like jersey mikes that keep going up and up while quality seems to dwindle….this place is great for what it is. = ]
