Went here on Friday and the girl that served me did her job to the best of her understanding. The only issue I really had was with the gentleman running the store.

I ordered a reg turkey sandwich unbeknownst to me , subway don’t offer that anymore only the titan turkey and the reg turkey only available on Saturdays.

Anyway , as we are checking out, the gentleman get into a heated discussion about what should be done and shouldn’t in front of me while I’m trying to pay for the sandwich.

Completely embarrassing his coworker which should’ve been a convo to have when nobody there or with the store owner. It was poor customer service on his part. Albeit, I understand good industry can stress a person out- ive worked all food jobs out there in Clayton. But to have your coworker feel like crap for trying to meet the need of the customer ain’t it. I won’t be going here anymore due to that situation.

3 stars because the girl was doing her best to keep it moving. Had me apologizing on her behalf.

This store used to be my spot for lunch now the staff has changed they dont even greet you when you walk in they keep doing whatever projects there on until they decide to stop and help you they wont add extra veggies if you ask for 1 thing to have some extra now they even stopped selling the nachos which being gluten free besides a salad was my only options and there reasons for anything changed is the owner wont let us honestly youve lost my business I used to manage subways for 7 years and could have never treated my customers like they do here with the new staff

Service/workers were great, but this franchisee won’t take coupons or app deals, and you don’t find that out until your sandwich is halfway made so you feel you have to buy it at full price. Never going back.

Always clean when you first walk in. Employees engaged with you the moment you walk in the door. Accurate orders with fresh ingredients. Affordable eatery in a High Class area of surrounding restaurants.

I ordered the New Baja Chipotle Sub, with Baja baked chips and Lemonade made as described in the commercials

The woman making my order today at around 12:15 was extremely rude. I didn’t really mind that she messed up my order multiple times, but she went out of her way to say that I was going back and forth and continued to shake her head at me and my responses multiple times (responses related to the order, I never talked back to her). I’ve never seen a worker cause such a negative experience in 3 minute interaction. The guy working at the end/cashier area was very nice though.

Ordered in advance, received the “it’s ready” message, came. There were no ready orders for me yet, so I’ve waited. And waited. And waited. When after like fifteen minutes I decided to ask what is the plan, the Subway worker told me that she isn’t the one who sends the messages and my order is actually not even started – so get in the line, man. She started to work on my order ONLY when the guy in the line let me be first. And only then she found out that part of the things we’ve ordered and payed for are absent in this location, like meatballs. Indeed not the best experience over all

I waited for 10 minutes at the counter with no workers around to help me, I looked in the back room which was open, checked the bathroom, no workers. I walked out back to see two workers chatting having a grand time behind the building. I mentioned my wait time and how there were no workers present for quite some time. I was met with attitude and a rude employee who threatened to kick me out. No need because I walked out. The building was also 90 degrees inside and the “refrigerated” condiments for the sandwiches looked to be going bad. Awful experience.

WOW!!!!! That’s the only way I can sum up my experience today! I was greeted with a smile and the service was TOP notch. We talked while my sandwhich was being made and the two women working were an absolute delight. On top of this, the toppings were well stocked and everything was VERY clean! I couldn’t rave more about this experience!
