The young man at the counter is great. Listens and asked all the right questions.
The other gentleman was providing awesome service to a customer who came in needing assistance with their online order.
The only reason atmosphere and food wasn’t 5 stars is because you can tell that all the veggies and sauce area wasn’t refreshed or cleaned up as you would hope.
The rest of the restaurant is well kept.

Subway for me is usually a last resort. I don’t frequent them often for a couple reasons. 1) The folks behind the counter are never too friendly…they don’t seem to care for their work or take much pride in it. 2) The shops never, ever, seem to be clean.
The Subway in Pevely, MO was the exception! The place was super clean AND getting cleaner. An employee behind the counter was scrubbing down what looked like an already scrubbed piece of equipment. Tables, floor, chairs, glass, counter…everything was super clean. The fella that took our order and made our sandwiches was kind, attentive, clean and neat. There was the appropriate amount of interaction and customer acknowledgement. I believe he may have even smiled! Food was right how it needed to be. We will be back!

I’d give a 0 is I could. The workers were slow. All of the food was bad. The lettuce had been sitting out to long. She only gave me half a container of steak for my wrap. Then when she went to wrap it, she destroyed it. Service here is always this way. It’s bad.

I asked for no just meat and cheese I got this! Called up there for a refund or another sandwich brought and they said they will. Still no refund tho. If I could order a new one I would but I have no more money left on my cash app! I’d rate 0 stars if I could!

Jan 17 1pm girl at the front was very rude treated me like everything i asked was stupid. Lady who checked me out did apologize for her rudeness which was appreciated. Wouldve spent more if the first girl wasnt rude. Didnt even get what i came for. Very upset and will never come back

When I got there, there was a gentleman and daughter in front of me, it was clear only one person was working. She was putting sandwiches together and busy but did not look up and acknowledge our presence. Another couple walked in behind me and left within 3 minutes. I have a couple of issues; if someone called in to not work where was owner? You own it, get there and work don’t make them work alone. My 2nd issue is she didn’t acknowledge us, get your busy but you look at us, tell us your alone and doing best you can, do not ignore your customer, we pay your paycheck…I left went next door to Domino’s, got a delicious Italian sub.

I have never been to a subway that was so unfriendly and unwelcoming to their guest until today. I did a mobile order and the sandwich was messed up and not how I ordered it and the lady refused to help me get a new sandwich or a refund. She told me that she could not help me and that I needed to leave.

Always good. They were busy with only one worker and she was great. Handled it like a pro. Even with a line and a kid that couldn’t make up his mind on what he wanted she had a smile on her face and in her voice.

Jennifer did her very best to keep up with everything going on with all the online orders coming in and the flow of customers coming from outside working by herself. Great sandwich but she shouldn’t have to work by herself. Thank you Jennifer

I ordered lunch through Doordash. I paid for Lays chips and didn’t receive them. I also ordered a double cheese roll up for my son, that was a complete joke. Huge wrap for a teaspoon of cheese in it. I mean how can you call it Diuble cheese?
