I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Amanda for her outstanding customer service. My wife and I happened to stop in right before closing time — literally one minute before they were about to lock the doors. We honestly had no idea they were closing, and I completely would have understood if we had been turned away or if the staff had seemed frustrated that we came in so late. But Amanda didn’t show a single sign of frustration or impatience.
Instead, she greeted us with a friendly smile and immediately went to work making our sandwiches. She moved quickly but still took the time to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. It was clear that she cared about the quality of what she was serving, even though she was probably ready to close up and head home after a long day. That kind of attitude really stands out — it says a lot about her character and her commitment to good customer service.
Most people would have rushed through the order or been short with us at that time of night, but Amanda stayed professional, polite, and genuinely helpful the entire time. It’s not easy to find employees who treat customers that well, especially right before closing, and I think she deserves recognition for it.
I truly appreciate her effort and positive attitude — it turned what could’ve been an awkward or rushed experience into a really pleasant one. Thank you, Amanda, for going above and beyond and representing your workplace so well. I’ll definitely be back because of the service you provided.

I just recieved an order from this location I got 2 sandwiches and a salad. And all of it was wrong, I asked for sandwiches to be toasted, neither was, I asked for no meat on my salad and there was meat all over it, the salad also was not chopped up. Whole pieces of cheese, and tomato. Very very disappointing to get.

I went into the Pacific Subway to get 5 sandwiches for a small work crew. There was a line of about 5 people so I thought this might take awhile. They had three Employees working that were very friendly and courteous to start with. They worked very well with each other. In less than 10 minutes I was paid up and out the door with fresh made sandwiches all made to order. I was super impressed with this Subway. These 3 Employees rocked it with not only their Service but their Friendlynesss even in a rush. I even got a Free Cookie. How Cool is that!!!

Wow! I got a large sandwich and it was called “The Beast”. It didn’t sound like it would activate beast mode, so I asked for extra hot. They put on Sriracha sauce and jalapenos. They also added vinegar and I asked if there was anything else they could kick it up with. They offered black pepper and I thought it would be great, to compliment the pepperjack cheese. I ate half of it and thought that it really hit the spot. It might not look the best, but it sure is tasty!! Thanks guys! You make wonderful sandwiches!!

Paige was fantastic! Jasmines customer service was terrible! We watched her argue with a customer. She was definitely in the wrong. Crazy what terrible customer service is allowed in the workplace.

Best subway for 50 miles, i eat this S*** every day..and for Tammy that commented below, this location is attached to a fuel station that has a more than adequate amount of food. You do know they arent open 24-7 i hope. Shame on your 1 star review. You didnt even recieve a product to complain about.

Mr. Austin, was fantastic. He definitely knows how to make a sub and satisfied my appetite this morning with a turkey and guacamole wrap. He took his time and we had a great conversation. He’s definitely the type of guy that you can learn a few things from his generation and how things have evolved.

They DO NOT have $5 footlongs at this location. The staff was very friendly, the bread was nice and fresh but the meatballs tasted funky. Had super bad heartburn for awhile afterwards too. Normally never happens.
