The young lady and gentlemen that were working the evening of Presidents’ day have exceptional customer service skills.
It was busy and one customer in front of me was VERY particular and snippy (to put it nicely) and the staff that helped the customer with their order were incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. they weren’t stressed, rushed, or dismissive – simply accommodating of their customer
When it was my turn, I praised them for their patience and their reply? simple. “we just want to get it right” “we want everyone to be happy with what they order and pay for” only positive things to say about their customers even the difficult ones
I am so happy that this customer service exists at Subway – the staff tonight was exceptional

I arrived at 9:50 AM and the employee was talking to a “customer”. I was not greeted and the lights were off but I told myself maybe he is just slammed. He then walks past me and my child minutes after we have been standing waiting to order our food, and tells me he will assist me in a few minutes. He then proceeds to go into the back and then comes out but goes straight to the register. After still waiting about 3 more minutes, I asked him was the store open. He said yes but he showed up to work late which is why he has to get the store open. Mind you, they open at 9:00 AM, so that led me to wonder how late was he and why are we having conversations when he should be focusing on getting the store open and running to serve the pregnant customer her has as well as my five year old? Very dissatisfied with service and I did walk out to take my money elsewhere.

I would put a 0 for customer service the manager and employee need to learn customer service they are not welcome try to tell you what you want. And call to tell them what they done wrong on your order and the manager doesn’t listen and they do no wrong and will hang up on you and the manager said he does answer calls on his personal number so them giving it to you is a waste of time and will not give you a ge number or corporate number so don’t think he will you will get hung up on he done and hangs up. I spent almost 70$ that’s with the lowest tip. I have worked in restaurants and fine dining and never have I or seen an establishment with this kinda of customer service. The kids need to learn customer and the manager need to learn customer service and respect and know how to deal with doing someone order wrong since he does no wrong

This location is clean and friendly. I’ve had the veggie sub and the Philly Steak sub. Both are really good. It’s not often that you receive friendly and fast service in a fast food establishment these days, so appreciate the fact that they have both here. Kudos to whoever runs this ship!

Amazing every time!! Their lunch time crew is top notch! I have a severe food allergy and have to ask them to change gloves and use a new knife on my sandwich. They are so respectful about my allergy and are always good about passing the message down the line to the other employees. They are even good about it when I have multiple sandwiches I order. Always so kind as well. Wish I could give them more than a 5star.

Great staff, fresh ingredients, and the bread was delicious. Dined in, and of course it was small and not TV of any kind. That’s my only negative, so bring your phone or someone else to talk to!

I came last February 2019, and I am surprise how well kept the store is. Staff is very friendly always greet me with a smile. The place is clean, no greasy floors. The food looks and taste fresh.

Sadly, the last two times I have went there, the bread is so hard that you can’t even eat it. My 8 year old even said it was horrible. We have been going there for years but will not go any more. This makes two times in a row. The lettuce looks yucky and several occasions they don’t change gloves while handling money and then back to food 🙁
