I went to this store on 9/24/25 to make a purchase. Following my purchase I was notified that the store owner was Covid positive and had been in the store today without appropriate PPE handling food. With this information I reproached the counter for a refund and asked why wasn’t I notified that the owner had Covid so that I could make a decision as to whether or not I would like to purchase the food. The employee stated that she did not know and I didn’t blame her it was just a poor decision of the owner. The owner was not mindful of exposing individuals with compromised immune systems or elderly individuals. The cashier called the manager who didn’t answer the phone and stated that she could not do the refund because she did not have access. She asked me to come back later in the week for a refund. I had her to write it out on the back of my receipt and she had taken the food purchased back. Today I went for the refund with my receipt in hand. The employee called the manager and she was very rude and unprofessional over the phone. Her name was Angel in the cell phone being used. She declined to provide a refund and alleged that she had Covid 3 weeks ago and that she was not taking the hit for my purchase. Well ma’am how do you feel justified with keeping my money and knowingly exposing me to Covid. I told her that I am reporting her to corporate and writing a review about my experience and she stated that she did not care. So here it is! I will never purchase anything from this store again. This is no way to treat any customer and I have standards!

DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT! I Repeat UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DO NOT!…. EAT HERE.i was just there yesterday and got a seven dollar special the veggies looked a little off but i didn’t pay it no mind at all.i ATE the full sandwich all in one sitting at 11 am around 6 am the next day i was throwing up and pooping at the same time.i had diarrhea.and the puke smelled horrible not like regular puke. THE Symptoms woke me up out of my sleep it was so severe,please don’t eat here especially if u have kids.

Well I was next in line to order after the Indian worker fixed two guys order in front of me. When it was my turn to order, she walked completely away from the counter. Didn’t say she need to use restroom, take a lunch break or anything. Just left me standing there to figure it out. The Indian looking guy walked out from taking orders like she could do it by herself. So he not tryna put meat and cheese on bread either. it’s not that hard. She probably doesn’t speak English but I did not like the experience here at all and won’t ever b back. Never been to this Subway anyway and don’t look like I will til that Indian looking man and woman are replaced. I walked away and drove to another subway and he was foreign and just as horrible as her…he insisted I take bacon on my sandwich cuz it comes with it after I already said I don’t eat pork. What part of what I’m saying don’t you understand??? Omg!!! Plz go bk to y’all country.

Ate at the Subway in Walmart. We got turkey. The bread was over warmed so instead of non toasted because toasted.

Somebody call the health department. This food is disgusting and this place needs to be shut down. There is NOTHING fresh about wilted lettuce stale cheese and spoiled meat. Even the sauces are bad.
