Soooo this is supposed to be The Beast sandwich , which calls for almost half a pound of meat . I’m still trying to find the half that’s missing . We ordered 2 for pickup , brought it back home to find this. I called the store and the employee said we had to bring the sandwiches back to the store and he would remake them. Never have I ever had a fast food restaurant ask for the food back . … I’m not going to loud my baby back in the car and drive all the way back to get a sandwich remade. And my mom already had eaten half of hers (which I told him) . Not to mention my toddlers pepperoni roll up was so hard you can’t even bite into it . I’ve never had any problems with this store or the food quality, this would be a first. I just spent $30 on sub par food .

Tried to charge me for wanting the chicken breast instead of rotisserie chicken. Explained how it would mess up their inventory count to substitute the chicken which is kinda overexaggerating taken im only one person asking for this. Other subways do not charge me extra for it. Its literally how the chicken bacon ranch was made before they even had rotisserie. The ladies were still nice.

Honestly being charged for extra pepperoni (extra meat) twice for both my sandwiches and to not have a single extra piece pepperoni on either sandwich is kinda nuts if you ask me! I asked for a little bit more lettuce, literally the tiniest pinch more was given and got charged extra! The other sandwich my friend asked for a couple more green peppers! Make it make sense! Not a happy loyal customer tonight I guess!

The meal was very good – the girl that prepared my sandwich was courteous and professional – unfortunately , I can’t say the same for the cashier – she never made eye contact with me – far worse , was her arrogant , authoritative tone – this was just seconds after I had left a tip – almost took it out of the jar ! Bought my sandwich, while eating (not even two bites) I found a strand of hair. I Thought I can Go back up there and get another sandwich or a cookie for free. Nope workers said they couldn’t do anything. SMH

Store definitely doesn’t skimp on toppings, but they also don’t on sauce either… 3 paper towels of wiping off and rebuilding it became edible. If I wasn’t eating this at home it would have gone in the trash as it would be nowhere near being mobile food. I wouldn’t even use this much sauce on an entire salad let alone a sub. Had it not been eaten in the hour the bread would not have existed.

It’s Subway. You know what you’re going to get because you’re watching them fix your sandwich right in front of you. Some Subways aren’t open at 7am for whatever reason, but it’s not a +/- if they aren’t.

Absolutely ridiculous. I’m not coming back to this location. The first time I placed an online order period it took them like 10 minutes to receive it. Got my order and it was fine. Placed an online order again 20 Minutes went by still hadn’t received it, even though I had been charged for it. I showed them I have been charged and asked if I could still get the sandwiches and I could show them what I ordered. They said they couldn’t do anything. They couldn’t give me a refund. Said I had to come back another day to talk to the manager. So I left with no food. Still hadn’t gotten it. We double checked the location as well.

waited 20 minutes passed my pickup time. the lady working veggies is VERY heavy handed on salt and pepper.. meatballs must of been sitting as some pieces are hard as a rock.
