Very clean and sanitary, staff is nice and very respectful. Food is really good and well made and the staff listens to your requests for example “don’t put too much mayo” and they will put a very little amount of mayo on said sandwich, I would recommend.

Only two employees doing the job of 3 to 4 people. I was in line for an hour and I wasn’t the only one. Everyone was mad. They had to work on the internet orders instead of taking care of the people that were there way before the internet orders. The two guys were very professional and you knew they were doing the best they could do. They also kept running out of food like the teriyaki chicken and meatballs etc. I thought about going to a different subway but I was already standing there all that time and decided to see it through. I was of course not the only person that was mad. I get saving on labor but at the cost of losing customers.

Put in an order for curbside pick up a few minutes after 5 PM. It said pick up would be available at 5:15. At 5:10, I put that I was there to pick up. Around 515, it said that it was done and someone would bring it out to me. I watched at least six people go in after I said that I was there to pick up, get their food and leave. I waited until 530, 15 minutes after they said it was ready to go and finally walked in and it was just sitting there for Regular inside pick up. Normally, this would not be an issue and I would’ve gone and got it myself anyways, but I had my young daughter in the car and did not want to have to drag her out in the cold and then have to re-buckle her up. if they don’t want to have to bring the food out to you or cannot do it on a first come first serve basis, they need to take it off the app as an option.
