I can’t give a food rating because I never got any. We were just in the store late this morning and were ignored by both young ladies working for an extended time. They were working on carry out orders, and never acknowledged us being in the store until we asked if we would be helped soon. You can guess the answer. We walked out and told the car that pulled in as we were leaving they were better off going somewhere else. And they did.
Sorry to the owners who just lost business, but you staff needs serious training.

The owners of this establishment have cut down on how much meat they use in steak sandwiches, but raise the price. They also do not accept the coupons that are sent in the mail until after 4 PM. Thanks to this, I am out WAY more money than I anticipated to bring my son to lunch. I will NEVER be back here. What was supposed to be a $20 lunch, turned into way more, for less product at that. The girls that were working, were very kind, but this place is awful. Never coming back. If you want your money worth, go to a subway not owned by these people.

Wonderful experience at this Cartersville Subway. I don’t eat pork and asked the two women serving us to change their gloves and they both did so happily! I was really touched by their simple kindness and willingness to help.

I’ve been going to the store for 4 years. My favorite store in my area . Until today . I ordered online like always and got it home. There’s almost no meat on it , the chicken has a funny taste to it like it may have went bad, and way too much honey mustard.. next time I will definitely go to the store order it online and watch them make it .

As far as Subways go, this is definitely my favorite. ALWAYS friendly service. The veggies are always fresh. It’s close to work. My coworker and I go there often and they remember who you are. Everyone there is personable. It cracks me up because they call him “the cookie man”. He’s always orders cookies there.

No return my steak salad. Half full. Employee lied about peppercorn ranch is the same as ranch. Nope lie half full bowl and q bowl over $9. To high of prices. Please don’t lie it create distrust.

I’m always disappointed to see how the people working discount the importance of their attitudes. The people working are almost always grumpy and rude. Gena, was especially rude, spoke with a snotty tone, and acted like I was inconveniencing her to do her job. The food is the ultimate victim in that all of the workers hateful energy gets channeled into the food. They used the loaf of bread that I was being served to close the door handle of the bread holder. The sandwich was mashed, the meat was laid out on the dirty work surface, the cheese was literally thrown down the line, and the sandwich was wrapped upside down so it all fell apart upon opening. When you go somewhere to purchase food and the workers are so rude to the point that the energy taints the molecules of your food there is a problem.

The Carterville Subway is always fast, friendly and fresh food served as requested. The people are friendly and polite. The building is clean and well kept. I order on the app. It is ready when I arrive to grab and go.

The girls working there r awesome and the topping don’t have other toppings mixed in so if u have allergies this is the place for u. I give a 5 out of 5
